105、 交换机将第一终端与对端终端之间的会话切换到第二终端与对端终 端之间。 第一终端和第二终端可以属于同一个交换机, 也可以属于不同交换 机。 对于属于同一个交换机的情况, 举例而言, 如图 2 所示, 该交换机可以 将之前为该会话保存的信息进行更改, 将其中第一终端的信息更改为第二终 端的信息, 如更改路由信息、 目的地址等。 对于第一终端和第二终端属于不 同交换机的情况, 举例而言, 如图 3所示, 该第一终端所属的交换机 1 可以 将所保存的会话信息发送给第二终端所属的交换机 2 ,并通知交换机 2该会话 切换到第二终端与对端终端之间, 由交换机 2 来控制第二终端与对端终端的 会话。
在完成会话切换之后, 用户可以通过第二终端继续通话, 使得用户的会 话在多个终端之间切换时, 不必中断用户当前的会话, 为用户带来更好的会 话体验。
106、 定时器超时, 第一终端所属的交换机未收到第二终端发送的切换信 令, 直接拆除第一终端与对端终端之间的会话。
可见, 本实施方式提供了一种无缝的通话切换方法, 其中 "无缝" 的含 义是指: 信令流、 媒体流、 计费、 鉴权等会话信息在通话的切换过程中均不 会造成丟失, 即保持所有的会话信息; 或者根据需要, 仅保证其中部分信息 不会丟失, 即保持部分会话信息。
需要说明的是, 在本实施方式中, 进行切换的第一终端、 第二终端分别 接入所属交换机, 通过交换网络, 与另一终端进行通信, 其中, 第一终端和 第二终端可以归属同一交换机, 也可以归属不同交换机。 另外, 用户终端的 类型不受限制, 可以是无线终端、 也可以是有线终端, 只要交换机支持即可, 比如手机、 固定电话、 软手机(如个人数字助理)、 笔记本、 个人电脑 (PC ) 等; 本实施方式的交换网络可以是公共交换电话网络 ( Publ ic Swi tched Te lephone Ne twork , 简称 "PSTN" )、软交换网络、全球移动通信系统( Globa l Sys tem for Mobi le communica t ion,简称" GSM,,)、第三代移动通信 ( The Thi rd Genera t ion, 简称 "3G" )或基于分组语音 ( Voice over IP, 简称 "VoIP" ) 的通信网络。
本发明终端之间的会话切换方法的一种实施方式与图 1 所示的实施方式 大致相同, 其区别在于, 在图 1 所示的实施方式中, 如果在会话保持期间, 交换机收到来自第二终端的切换信令, 则立即执行会话切换; 而在本实施方 式中, 要预先为第一终端设置相关联的终端, 在会话保持期间交换机如果收 到来自第二终端的切换信令, 则进一步判断该第二终端是否与第一终端相关 联, 如果相关联, 则执行会话切换。
其中, 第一终端相关联的终端可以是一个或多个, 相关联终端的信息可 以存在第一终端所属的交换机中, 也可以存在其他存储设备中, 并由第一终 端所属的交换机从该存储设备中获取相关联终端的信息。 比如, 对于第一终 端, 其相关联的终端可以是第二终端与第三终端, 如表 1所示:

本发明终端之间的会话切换方法的一种实施方式与图 1 所示的实施方式 的区别在于, 在图 1 所示的实施方式中, 交换机在收到来自第一终端的挂机 信令后, 直接进行会话保持; 而在本实施方式中, 交换机在收到来自第一终 端的挂机信令后, 首先判断第一终端是否签约了在终端间切换会话的业务, 如果第一终端签约了在终端间切换会话的业务, 则执行会话保持并启动定时 器, 如果第一终端没有签约在终端间切换会话的业务, 则直接拆除会话。 对 第一终端是否签约了在终端间切换会话的业务进行判定, 可以使用户能够自 主选择是否需要进行会话切换, 显得更人性化, 同时能够更好地保障运营商 的利益。
本发明终端之间的会话切换方法的一种实施方式与图 1 所示的实施方式 大致相同, 其区别在于, 在图 1所示的实施方式中, 是在第一终端挂机之后, 进行切换; 而在本实施方式中, 是在第一终端没有挂机的情景下, 即第一终 端仍处于通话状态时, 进行会话切换。 具体流程如图 4所示。
401、 交换机在第一终端与对端终端会话的过程中, 接收第二终端的所发 的信令。 需要说明的是, 如果第一终端与第二终端属于同一个交换机, 则该 交换机可以直接接收第二终端所发的信令; 如果第一终端与第二终端属于不 同交换机, 则该交换机可以通过该第二终端所属的交换机接收第二终端发送 的信令。
402、 交换机判断收到来自第二终端的信令是否为切换信令。 如果收到第 二终端的信令为切换信令, 则进入步骤 403 , 否则进入步骤 406。
403、 交换机判断第一终端是否签约了在终端间切换会话的业务。 如果第 一终端签约了在终端间切换会话的业务,则进入步骤 404 ,否则进入步骤 406。
404、 交换机判断该第二终端是否与第一终端相关联。 通过第一终端所属 交换机存储的相关联终端的信息, 来判断该第二终端是否与第一终端相关联, 如果相关联, 则进入步骤 405 , 否则进入步骤 406。
405、 交换机将第一终端与对端终端之间的会话切换到第二终端与该对端 终端之间, 从而使第二终端继续当前的通话。
406、 交换机维持第一终端与对端终端之间的会话。
在本实施方式中, 用户使用第一终端进行当前通话, 并在不进行挂机的 情况下, 直接由第二终端发起切换信令, 之后, 把当前通话切换到第二终端。 本实施方式特别适用于第一终端为手机的情况, 因为当会话成功切换到第二 终端之后, 系统会拆除第一终端与对端终端之间的会话, 如果第一终端是手 机则无需挂机操作就可以进入待机状态, 如果第一终端是固定话机则需挂机, 否则会一直听到忙音。
需要说明的是, 在上述方法实施例中, 相应步骤主体并不仅仅局限于交 换机, 也可以是由另一个独立于交换机的切换装置完成相应步骤, 该切换装 置将会在下面的实施例中提到。
本发明一种交换机的具体实施方式的结构图如图 5 所示, 包括切换单元 51 , 用于进行会话的切换; 第一判断单元 52 , 用于判断在第一终端与对端终 端的会话过程中, 是否收到不在该会话中的第二终端的切换信令, 如果收到 则指示切换单元将该第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与 该对端终端之间的会话。 使得用户在多个终端之间切换其会话时, 不必中断 用户当前的会话。 该切换信令可以是摘机信令或接入码信令。
该交换机还可以包括会话保持单元 53 , 用于在预定时长内保持会话; 第 二判断单元 54 , 用于判断在第一终端的会话进行的过程中, 是否收到来自该 第一终端的表示挂机的信令, 如果收到则指示会话保持单元在预定时长内保 持该第一终端的会话; 该第一判断单元 52 , 还用于判断在会话保持期间, 是 否收到第二终端的切换信令, 如果收到则指示切换单元将该第一终端与该对 端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端的会话。 其中, 业务控制单元 57可以包括第一判断单元与第二判断单元,该业务控制单元 57主要用来在第 一终端会话过程中判断是否接收到表示挂机的信令以决定是否保持会话, 以 及判断保持会话的情况下是否接收到第二终端的切换信令, 以决定是否进行 会话的切换。
该交换机还可以包括通信基本单元 58 , 用于接收来自用户侧和网络侧的 通信信令, 完成通话的接续、 拆线, 它是交换机的基本功能。 在本实施方式 中, 通信基本单元将接收到的信令信息 (如切换信令、 挂机信令等)发送给 业务控制单元处理。 该交换机还可以包括会话管理单元 59 , 用于完成会话的创建、 拆除和更 改, 并将会话的处理结果同步到会话数据单元。 上述的切换单元和会话保持 单元可以包含在该会话管理单元中。
该交换机还可以包括会话数据单元 510 , 用于保存系统中当前的所有会 话, 可被业务控制单元和会话管理单元访问。 其中, 每一个会话中包含如下 信息: 通信双方的用户信息、 终端信息、 当前的通信状态、 信令信息、 媒体 信息、 计费信息以及鉴权信息等。
该交换机还可以包括业务数据单元 511 , 用于存储终端的业务信息, 即存 储和该终端相关联的一个或多个其它终端信息。 其中, 会话数据单元和业务 数据单元也可以独立于交换机之外, 如存在于独立的存储单元中, 只需与交 换机之间能够进行数据交互即可。
该交换机还可以包括第三判断单元 55 , 用于根据业务数据单元所存储的 终端信息, 来判断第二终端是否为与第一终端关联的终端; 该切换单元 51在 第一判断单元 52确定收到第二终端的切换信令, 且第三判断单元 55确定第 二终端是与第一终端关联的终端时, 将该第一终端与该对端终端的会话切换 为该第二终端与该对端终端的会话。
该交换机还可以包括第四判断单元 56 , 用于判断第一终端是否签约了在 终端间切换会话的业务; 切换单元 51在第一判断单元 52确定收到第二终端 的切换信令, 且第四判断单元 56确定第一终端签约了在终端间切换会话的业 务时, 将第一终端与该对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端的会 话。
需要说明的是, 本实施方式中的各单元均为逻辑单元, 在实际应用中, 可以存在于不同的物理模块中, 也可以存在于同一个物理模块中。
本发明一种切换装置的具体实施方式的结构图如图 6 所示, 包括: 切换 单元 61 , 用于进行会话的切换; 第一判断单元 62 , 用于判断在第一终端与对 端终端的会话过程中, 是否收到不在该会话中的第二终端的切换信令, 如果 收到则指示切换单元将该第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终 端与该对端终端之间的会话。 该切换信令可以是摘机信令或接入码信令。
该切换装置还可以包括: 会话保持单元 63 , 用于在预定时长内保持会话; 第二判断单元 64 , 用于在第一终端的会话进行的过程中, 判断是否收到来自 该第一终端的表示挂机的信令, 如果收到则指示会话保持单元在预定时长内 保持该第一终端的会话; 第一判断单元 62还用于在会话保持期间, 判断是否 收到第二终端的切换信令, 如果收到则指示切换单 61元将该第一终端与该对 端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端的会话。
该切换装置还可以包括: 第三判断单元 65 , 用于判断第二终端是否为与 第一终端关联的终端; 切换单元在第一判断单元 62确定收到第二终端的切换 信令, 且第三判断单元 65确定第二终端是与第一终端关联的终端时, 将该第 一终端与该对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端的会话。
该切换装置还可以包括: 第四判断单元 66 , 用于判断第一终端是否签约 了在终端间切换会话的业务; 切换单元 61在第一判断单元确定收到第二终端 的切换信令, 且第四判断单元 66确定第一终端签约了在终端间切换会话的业 务时, 将该第一终端与该对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端的 会话。
需要说明的是, 本实施方式中的各单元均为逻辑单元, 在实际应用中, 可以存在于不同的物理模块中, 也可以存在于同一个物理模块中。
综上所述, 在本发明的实施方式中, 在第一终端与对端终端的会话过程 中, 如果收到原先不在该会话中的第二终端的切换信令, 则将该第一终端与 该对端终端之间的会话切换到该第二终端与该对端终端之间, 使得用户的会 话在多个终端之间切换时, 不必中断用户当前的通话。
在该第一终端的会话进行的过程中, 如果收到来自该第一终端的表示挂 机的信令, 则在预定时长内保持该会话; 在该保持会话期间, 如果收到来自 该第二终端的切换信令, 则将该第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换到该 第二终端与该对端终端之间。 通过先挂机后切换的方式, 使得没有自动挂机 功能的终端 (如固定电话) 不会在会话切换后仍处于通话状态。
预先为第一终端设置相关联的终端, 在收到第二终端的切换信息时, 判 断该第二终端是否与该第一终端相关联, 如果是则将该会话切换到该第二终 端。 通过预先设置允许切换的终端, 可以提高会话切换的安全性。
先判断第一终端是否签约了在终端间切换会话的业务, 如果是则将该会 话切换到该第二终端, 从而使得用户能够自主选择是否需要进行会话切换, 更人性化, 同时能够更好地保障运营商的利益。
对于需要摘机的终端(如固定电话 ),所使用的切换信令可以是摘机信令, 无需用户拨打其它接入码, 自动切换, 使得用户使用起来更方便; 对于无需 摘机的终端(如手机), 该切换信令可以是简短的接入码信令, 在实现无缝切 换的同时, 同样不会为用户的使用带来不便。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式, 已经对本发明进行了图示和 描述, 但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白, 可以在形式上和细节上对其作各 种改变, 而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims

权 利 要求 书
1. 一种终端之间的会话切换方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤: 在第一终端与对端终端的会话过程中, 收到不在该会话中的第二终端的切 换信令;
将该第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之 间的会话。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端之间的会话切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述将 该第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之间的会 话的步骤之前, 还包括以下步骤:
在所述第一终端与对端终端的会话进行过程中, 接收来自该第一终端的表 示挂机的信令;
在收到所述表示挂机的信令后的预定时长内保持该会话;
在保持该会话的期间内, 接收来自所述第二终端的切换信令。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端之间的会话切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述将 该第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之间的会 话的步骤具体为:
确定所述第二终端为与所述第一终端关联的终端后, 将该第一终端与该对 端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之间的会话。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的终端之间的会话切换方法, 其特征在于, 所述将 该第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之间的会 话的步骤具体为:
确定所述第一终端签约了在终端间切换会话的业务后, 将该第一终端与该 对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之间的会话。
5. 一种交换机, 其特征在于, 包括:
切换单元(51 ), 用于进行会话的切换;
第一判断单元(52 ), 用于判断在第一终端与对端终端的会话过程中, 是否 收到不在该会话中的第二终端的切换信令, 如果收到则指示所述切换单元将该 第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之间的会 话。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的交换机, 其特征在于, 还包括:
会话保持单元(53 ), 用于在预定时长内保持会话;
第二判断单元(54 ), 用于判断在所述第一终端的会话进行的过程中, 判断 是否收到来自该第一终端的表示挂机的信令, 如果收到则指示所述会话保持单 元在预定时长内保持该第一终端的会话;
所述第一判断单元(52 )还用于判断在所述会话保持期间, 判断是否收到 所述第二终端的切换信令, 如果收到则指示所述切换单元将该第一终端与该对 端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端的会话。
7. 根据权利要求 5所述的交换机, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三判断单元(55 ), 用于判断所述第二终端是否为与所述第一终端关联的 终端;
所述切换单元(51 )在所述第一判断单元(52 )确定收到所述第二终端的 切换信令, 且所述第三判断单元(55 )确定所述第二终端是与所述第一终端关 联的终端时, 将该第一终端与该对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终 端的会话。
8. 根据权利要求 5所述的交换机, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第四判断单元(56 ), 用于判断所述第一终端是否签约了在终端间切换会话 的业务;
所述切换单元(51 )在所述第一判断单元(52 )确定收到所述第二终端的 切换信令, 且所述第四判断单元(56 )确定所述第一终端签约了所述在终端间 切换会话的业务时, 将该第一终端与该对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该 对端终端的会话。
9. 一种切换装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 切换单元(61 ), 用于进行会话的切换;
第一判断单元(62 ), 用于判断在第一终端与对端终端的会话过程中, 是否 收到不在该会话中的第二终端的切换信令, 如果收到则指示所述切换单元将该 第一终端与该对端终端之间的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端之间的会 话。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的切换装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
会话保持单元(63 ), 用于在预定时长内保持会话;
第二判断单元(64 ), 用于在所述第一终端的会话进行的过程中, 判断是否 收到来自该第一终端的表示挂机的信令, 如果收到则指示所述会话保持单元在 预定时长内保持该第一终端的会话;
所述第一判断单元(62 )还用于在所述会话保持期间, 判断是否收到所述 第二终端的切换信令, 如果收到则指示所述切换单元(61 )将该第一终端与该 对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终端的会话。
11. 根据权利要求 9所述的切换装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第三判断单元(65 ), 用于判断所述第二终端是否为与所述第一终端关联的 终端;
所述切换单元(61 )在所述第一判断单元(62 )确定收到所述第二终端的 切换信令, 且所述第三判断单元(65 )确定所述第二终端是与所述第一终端关 联的终端时, 将该第一终端与该对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该对端终 端的会话。
12. 根据权利要求 9所述的切换装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第四判断单元(66 ), 用于判断所述第一终端是否签约了在终端间切换会话 的业务;
所述切换单元(61 )在所述第一判断单元(62 )确定收到所述第二终端的 切换信令, 且所述第四判断单元(66 )确定所述第一终端签约了所述在终端间 切换会话的业务时, 将该第一终端与该对端终端的会话切换为该第二终端与该 对端终端的会话,
