为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明实施例的方案, 下面结合附 图和实施方式对本发明实施例作进一步的详细说明。
本发明实施例提供 IP 语音交换机业务的方法及装置, 在移动终端与 IP-PBX下的固定电话终端通话过程中,由 IP-PBX获取移动终端的拨号信息; 识别所述拨号信息对应的在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令; 根据所述操作 信令以及主被叫的业务权限, 触发 IP语音交换机业务。 从而使 IP-PBX可以 为具有相应业务权限的用户提供相应的 IP-PBX业务。
如图 1所示, 是本发明实施例提供 IP语音交换机业务的方法的流程图。 101 , 在移动终端与固定固定电话终端通话过程中, 获取移动终端的拨号 信息。
IP-PBX 可以在固定电话终端与移动终端建立通话时, 启动 DTMF(Dual
Tone Multi Frequency, 双音多频)检测, 而后, 在移动终端与固定电话终端通 话过程中, 通过所述 DTMF检测获取移动终端的拨号信息。
为了使某些有特定权限的移动终端用户能够使用 IP-PBX的业务,可以通 过配置方式限定用户的使用权限。例如,可以在 IP-PBX上建立固定电话终端 与移动终端的号码绑定关系。 其目的是使绑定的移动终端与所述固定电话终 端拥有相同的业务权限, 也就是说如果固定电话终端具有发起即时会议的权 限, 则被绑定的移动终端也具有相同的发起即时会议的权限。 这样, 在启动 DTMF检测之前, IP-PBX判断所述移动终端是否建立了与所述固定电话终端 的号码绑定关系; 如果是, 则启动 DTMF检测; 否则不启动 DTMF检测。
再比如,还可以在 IP-PBX上根据移动终端的签约信息, 直接配置移动终 端的业务权限,该签约信息包含了该移动终端在 IP-PBX上签约的业务, 比如 移动终端在 IP-PBX上签约了可以使用即使会议的业务,则在移动终端在拨打 电话时, IP-PBX就直接配置移动终端具有使用即使会议的业务的业务权限。 这样, 在启动 DTMF检测之前, 判断所述移动终端是否签约了 IP-PBX的相 关业务; 如果是, 则启动 DTMF检测; 否则不启动 DTMF检测。
DTMF的检测过程和现有技术相同, 主要是由 IP-PBX中的 DSP ( Digital Signal Processing, 数字信号处理) 芯片在接收到的信号中检测 DTMF信号, 并将 DTMF信号转换为实际的数字, 在此不再赘述。
102, 识别所述拨号信息对应的所述固定电话终端中的操作信令。
可以预先定义移动终端拨号信息与在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令的 对应关系, 这样, 在移动终端与所述固定电话终端用户通话过程中, IP-BPX 根据移动终端通过 DTMF传送的拨号信息(如 "1 # " ),识别该拨号信息对应 的在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令 (如拍叉操作信令)。
103, 根据操作信令触发操作信令对应的 IP-PBX业务。 比如拍叉转移呼 叫、 发起即时会汉等。
在根据操作信令触发操作信令对应的 IP-PBX业务之前,还可以需要确定 主被叫的业务权限; 也就是说, 如果主被叫具有所述操作信令对应的业务权 限, 则触发 IP-PBX业务, 否则不会触发 IP-PBX业务。
可见, 本发明实施例提供的提供 IP语音交换机业务的方法, 在移动终端 与 IP-PBX 下的固定电话终端通话过程中, 移动终端将拨号信息传送给 IP-PBX, 使 IP-PBX感知到移动终端的相应操作, IP-PBX识别该拨号信息并 触发对应的业务,从而使移动终端也能像 IP-PBX下的固定电话终端一样使用 相应业务, 给移动终端用户带来了更多的业务体验。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 IP语音交换机, 如图 2所示, 是该 IP语音 交换机的结构示意图。
在该实施例中, 所述 IP语音交换机包括: 拨号信息获取单元 201、 识别 单元 202和业务触发单元 203。 其中, 拨号信息获取单元 201, 用于在移动终 端与固定电话终端通话过程中, 获取移动终端的拨号信息; 识别单元 202, 用于识别所述拨号信息对应的所述固定电话终端中的操作信令; 业务触发单 元 203, 用于根据所述操作信令触发操作信令对应 IP语音交换机业务。 在本发明实施例 IP语音交换机中, 还可进一步包括检测启动单元 204, 用于在建立移动终端与固定电话终端的通话时, 启动 DTMF检测。 所述拨号 信息获取单元 201通过所述 DTMF检测获取移动终端的拨号信息。 当然, 本 发明实施例并不限于这种方式, 所述拨号信息获取单元 201还可以通过其他 方式获取移动终端的拨号信息, 比如, 通过信令方式。
为了使所述 IP语音交换机能够方便地识别移动终端的拨号信息, 在本发 明实施例 IP语音交换机中, 还可进一步包括对应关系配置单元 205, 用于配 置移动终端拨号信息与在固定电话终端上的操作信令的对应关系。 所述识别 单元 202根据所述对应关系配置单元 205中的配置信息识别所述拨号信息对 应的在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令。从而可以使所述 IP语音交换机能够 更好地适用于现有网络, 支持现有的终端装置。
为了使某些有特定权限的移动终端用户能够使用 IP-PBX的业务,在本发 明另一实施例 IP语音交换机中, 如图 3所示, 还可进一步包括号码绑定关系 配置单元 206和号码绑定关系判断单元 207, 用以限定用户的使用权限。 其 中, 所述号码绑定关系配置单元 206, 用于配置移动终端与固定电话终端的 号码绑定关系; 所述号码绑定关系判断单元 207, 用于在所述检测启动单元 204启动 DTMF检测之前, 根据所述号码绑定关系配置单元 206中的号码绑 定关系确定所述移动终端与所述固定电话建立了号码绑定关系, 通知所述检 测启动单元 204启动 DTMF检测。
当然, 还可以进一步采用其他方式来限定用户的使用权限。 为此, 在本 发明的另一个实施例的 IP语音交换机中, 如图 4所示, 还可包括签约信息配 置单元 208和签约信息判断单元 209, 其中, 所述签约信息配置单元 208, 用 于配置移动终端的 IP-PBX的业务的签约信息; 所述签约信息判断单元 209, 用于在所述检测启动单元 204启动 DTMF检测之前, 根据所述签约信息配置 单元 208中的签约信息确定所述移动终端签约了 IP-PBX的相关业务,通知所 述检测启动单元 204启动 DTMF检测。
可见, 本发明实施例 IP语音交换机在移动终端与 IP-PBX下的固定电话 终端通话过程中, 移动终端将拨号信息传送给 IP-PBX, 使 IP-PBX感知到移 动终端的相应操作, IP-PBX识别该拨号信息并触发对应的业务, 从而使移动 终端也能像 IP-PBX下的固定电话终端一样使用相应业务,给移动终端用户带 来了更多的业务体验。本发明实施例的方案不需要改变移动移动终端、 PLMN ( Public Land Mobile-communication Network,公共陆地移动通信网)和 PSTN ( Public Switched Telephone Network,公共交换电话网络)中的任何中的任何 实体,仅在 IP-PBX系统中做适当的改动,就可以较小的代价即能实现在移动 终端上使用 IP语音交换机提供的业务。
如图 5所示, 是本发明实施例 IP-PBX应用的网络环境示意图。
其中, 移动终端通过基站接入 PLMN网络。 MSC是移动交换中心, 处于 PLMN 网络中, 为移动终端提供业务功能。 PSTN 网络为传统的电话网络, 由网关与 PLMN网络对接互连, 由传统 PBX与 IP-PBX对接互连。 IP-PBX 提供 IP语音交换功能, 可以接入固定电话终端。
移动终端呼叫 IP-PBX下的固定电话终端时,移动终端通过基站把呼叫信 令传送给 MSC, 由 MSC负责与 PSTN网络对接, 通过网关把呼叫信令传送 到 PSTN网络。 传统 PBX通过模拟或者数字中继与 IP-PBX对接, 把呼叫信 令传送到 IP-PBX。 IP-PBX对信令进行处理, 呼叫被叫固定电话终端。
IP-PBX下的固定电话终端呼叫移动终端时与上述过程类似, 只是呼叫方 向相反。
殳预先在 IP-PBX上建立移动终端号码与 IP-PBX下的用户号码的号码 绑定, 号码绑定关系如下表 1所示:

其中,包含了 IP-PBX下的用户号码以及与该号码绑定的移动终端号码信 息、 相关属性(如业务权限)。 当然, 如果需要, 也可以包含一些其他信息。
下面结合本发明实施例的应用环境进一步详细说明本发明实施例的方 案。
利用本发明实施例的方法中移动终端发起呼叫转移业务的流程图如图 6 所示。 在该实施例中,假设移动终端在通话中拨打" 1# "为类似 IP-PBX下的固定 电话终端进行的拍叉操作, 固定电话 A为 IP-PBX下的用户,在 IP-PBX系统 中将移动终端号码 M和固定用户号码 A建立号码绑定关系,也可以直接配置 移动终端 M的呼叫转移业务权限,使该移动终端用户具有呼叫转移业务权限; 这里以移动终端号码 M和固定用户号码 A建立号码绑定关系为例来做说明。 移动终端发起呼叫转移业务。
601. 移动终端 M呼叫固定电话 A, 呼叫信令经由 MSC、 PSTN到达 IP-PBX。
602. IP-PBX收到移动终端 M的呼叫信令后向固定电话 A发起呼叫。 603. 固定电话 A振铃。
604. IP-PBX收到振铃音后向主叫放回铃音, 该回铃音经由 PSTN、 MSC 到达移动终端 M。
605. 固定电话 A摘机应答。
606. IP-PBX将该应答响应经由 PSTN传到 MSC, 并开始建立主叫和被 叫之间的通话。
607. 在建立主叫和被叫之间的通话的同时, IP-PBX判断移动终端号码 M和固定用户号码 A是否建立了号码绑定关系, 如果建立了号码绑定关系, 则启动 DSP芯片的 DTMF检测。
608. 移动终端 M和 IP-PBX下的固定电话 A通话, 语音信号通过媒体 流通道传送; 在通话过程中, 移动终端先后拨打 "1"、 " #', 键。
609. IP-PBX中的 DSP芯片先后检测到拨号信息 T、 " #,,。
610. IP-PBX识别上述 "1#" 拨号信息为拍叉业务操作码; IP-PBX查询 预先存储的固定电话的业务权限,确定与移动终端 M绑定的固定电话 A的用 户具有呼叫转移业务权限, 于是触发呼叫转移业务流程。
611. IP-PBX向移动终端 M播放拨号音, 同时向固定电话 A播放呼叫保 持音。
612. 移动终端 M先后拨打 "8"、 "8"、 "9"、 "9"、 "#" 键, 试图呼叫电 话^
613. IP-PBX中的 DSP芯片先后检测到拨号信息 "8"、 "8"、 "9"、 "9"、 "#"。 614. IP-PBX分析 "8899#"拨号信息为普通呼叫, 于是向固定电话 B发 起呼叫, 殳 8899为固定电话 B的号码。
615. 固定电话 B收到呼叫后振铃。
616. IP-PBX向主叫放回铃音, 该回铃音经由 PSTN、 MSC到达移动终 端 M。
617. 电话 B摘机应答。
618. IP-PBX将应答消息经由 PSTN传到 MSC, IP-PBX建立主叫和被叫 之间的通话。
619. 移动终端 M和 IP-PBX下的固定电话 B通话,语音信号通过媒体流 通道传送。
620. 移动终端 M挂机, 将呼叫转移到电话 B。
621. 移动终端 M与固定电话 A结束通话。
622. IP-PBX建立固定电话 A与电话 B的通话。
623. 固定电话 A与电话 B通话, 语音信号通过媒体流通道传送。
利用本发明实施例的方法中移动终端发起即时会议如图 7所示。
即时会议是指不需要预定会议而可以直接呼叫用户参加会议。 在该实施 例中, 在 IP-PBX中移动终端 M号码和固定电话 A号码建立号码绑定关系, 也可以直接配置移动终端的即时会议业务权限; 移动终端 M发起即时会议业 务, 假设会议的接入码为 6000, 选择提示音的选项 "2" 为即时会议, 移动 终端在通话中拨打 为类似 IP-PBX下的固定电话终端进行的拍叉操作。
701. 移动终端呼叫会议接入码 6000, 呼叫信令经由 MSC、 PSTN到达 IP-PBX。
702. IP-PBX对呼叫进行处理, 该呼叫为接入会议的呼叫。
703. 会议接入成功后, IP-PBX向主叫播放语音提示音。
704. IP-PBX确认移动终端 M的与固定电话 A号码建立号码绑定关系, 开启 DSP芯片的 DTMF检测。
705. 语音信号通过媒体流通道传送, 语音提示音经由 PSTN、 MSC到达 移动终端 M; 移动终端 M听到的语音提示音, 例如语音提示音为: 接入会议 成功, 普通^ i义会议请拨 1, 即时会议请拨 2。
706.移动终端 M拨打 "2"键, DTMF信号通过媒体通道传送到 IP-PBX; 707. IP-PBX中的 DSP芯片检测到 DTMF信号, 获得按键 "2" 拨号信
708. IP-PBX识别 "2"为创建即时^ i义业务操作码, 查询业务权限信息, 确定该移动终端 M具有即时会议业务权限, 创建即时会议。
709. 创建即时会议成功后, IP-PBX 系统向主叫播放语音提示音; 语音 提示音经由 PSTN、 MSC到达移动终端; 移动终端听到的语音提示音, 例如 语音提示音为: 创建即时会议成功。
710. 移动终端 M先后拨打 T、 "#" 键。
711. IP-PBX中的 DSP芯片先后检测到拨号信息 T、 " #" , 识别 拨号信息为拍叉业务操作码。
712. IP-PBX向移动终端 M放拨号音。
713. 移动终端 M先后拨打 "8899# "键, 试图呼叫电话 B。
714. IP-PBX中的 DSP芯片先后检测到拨号信息 "8"、 "8"、 "9"、 "9"、 " #" , 识别 "8899# "拨号信息为普通呼叫。
715. 假设 8899为固定电话 B的号码, 则 IP-PBX向 8899发起呼叫。
716. 电话 B收到呼叫后振铃。
717. IP-PBX向主叫放回铃音, 该回铃音经由 PSTN、 MSC到达移动终 端 M。
718. 电话 B摘机应答。
719. IP-PBX将应答消息经由 PSTN传到 MSC, IP-PBX开始建立主叫和 被叫之间的通话。
720. 通话建立后,移动终端 M和 IP-PBX下的固定电话 B通话,语音信 号通过媒体流通道传送; 这样就把电话 B召集到即时^ i义中来。
721-727. 同样, 移动终端 M拨打" 1# "后, 听到拨号音时, 拨打固定电话 A的电话号码也可以把固定电话 A召集到即时会议中来。
由上述两个具体应用流程可见, 本发明实施例的方法及装置, 在移动终 端与 IP-PBX下的固定电话终端用户通话时, 移动终端拨号后通过 DTMF传 送的拨号信息给 IP-PBX, 告知移动终端的相应操作(包括拍叉操作)。 IP-PBX 根据拨号信息触发对应的业务,使移动终端也能像 IP-PBX下的固定电话终端 一样使用业务, 给移动终端用户带来了便利, 提高他们的工作效率, 增加沟 通渠道。 而且, 不需要改变移动终端、 PLMN网络和 PSTN网络中的任何逻 辑实体 (包括软件和硬件), 仅在 IP-PBX系统中做适当的改动, 就可以较小的 代价就能实现在移动终端上也能使用 IP-PBX提供的业务,给移动终端用户带 来更多的业务体验。
在上述两个具体应用流程中, 移动终端用户均作为主叫, 当然, 在移动 终端用户作为被叫时, 本发明实施例的方法及装置同样也可以为该移动用户 提供 IP-PBX业务, 具体过程与上述类似, 在此不再详细描述。
通过以上实施例的描述, 本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到本发明可 借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现, 当然也可以通过硬件, 但很 多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。 基于这样的理解, 本发明实施例的技术方 来,该软件产品存储在一个存储介质中, 包括若干指令用以使得移动设备 (可 以是移动终端, 个人计算机, 媒体播放器等)执行本发明各个实施例所述的 方法。 这里所称的存储介质, 如: ROM/RAM、 磁盘、 光盘等。
以上对本发明实施例进行了详细介绍, 本文中应用了具体实施方式对本 发明进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及装置; 同时, 对于本领域的一般技术人员, 依据本发明的思想, 在具体实施方式及 应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明 的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种提供网络互连协议语音交换机 IP-PBX业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
在移动终端与固定电话终端通话过程中, 获取所述移动终端的拨号信息; 识别所述拨号信息对应的所述固定电话终端中的操作信令;
根据所述操作信令触发所述操作信令对应的业务。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 在建立移动终端与固定电话终端的通话时, 启动双音多频 DTMF检测; 所述获取移动终端的拨号信息具体为:
通过所述 DTMF检测获取移动终端的拨号信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述操作信令触 发相关业务之前,还包括:确定主被叫用户具有所述操作信令对应的业务权限。
4、根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述启动双音多频 DTMF 检测之前, 还包括:
确定所述移动终端与所述固定电话终端建立了号码绑定关系。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述启动双音多频 DTMF 检测之前, 还包括: 确定所述移动终端签约了 IP-PBX的相关业务。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 建立移动终端拨号信息与在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令的对应关系; 所述识别所述拨号信息对应的在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令具体为: 根据所述移动终端拨号信息与在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令的对应 关系, 识别所述拨号信息对应的所述固定电话终端中的操作信令。
7、 一种网络互连协议语音交换机 IP-PBX, 其特征在于, 包括:
拨号信息获取单元, 用于在移动终端与固定电话终端通话过程中,获取移 动终端的拨号信息;
识别单元, 用于识别所述拨号信息对应的所述固定电话终端中的操作信 令;
业务触发单元, 用于根据所述操作信令触发所述操作信令对应的业务。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的 IP语音交换机, 其特征在于, 还包括: 检测启动单元, 用于在建立移动终端与固定电话终端的通话时, 启动双音 多频 DTMF检测;
所述拨号信息获取单元通过所述 DTMF检测获取移动终端的拨号信息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的 IP语音交换机, 其特征在于, 还包括: 号码绑定关系配置单元,用于配置移动终端与所述固定电话终端的号码绑 定关系;
号码绑定关系判断单元, 用于在所述检测启动单元启动 DTMF检测之前, 才艮据所述号码绑定关系配置单元中的号码绑定关系确定所述移动终端与所述 固定电话终端建立了号码绑定关系, 通知所述检测启动单元启动 DTMF检测。
10、 根据权利要求 8所述的 IP语音交换机, 其特征在于, 还包括: 签约信息配置单元,用于配置移动终端号码和 IP-PBX的业务的签约信息; 签约信息判断单元, 用于在所述检测启动单元启动 DTMF检测之前, 根 据所述签约信息配置单元中的签约信息确定所述移动终端签约了 IP-PBX的相 关业务, 通知所述检测启动单元启动 DTMF检测。
11、 根据权利要求 7至 10任一项所述的 IP语音交换机, 其特征在于, 还 包括:
对应关系配置单元,用于配置移动终端拨号信息与在所述固定电话终端上 的操作信令的对应关系;
所述识别单元根据所述对应关系配置单元中的所述对应关系识别所述拨 号信息对应的在所述固定电话终端上的操作信令。
