Abstract

La présente invention concerne une tête sauteuse (2) comportant une rainure de guidage permettant de guider une ligne de couture et de fixer le tissu ; un rouleau latéral (5) permettant de déplacer et de faire tourner la tête sauteuse (2), un moteur pas-à-pas (7) ou un dispositif d'entraînement mécanique permettant de faire tourner le rouleau latéral (5), un élément de support élastique (6) qui est muni, au niveau de son extrémité avant, d'un rouleau adhérant étroitement à la tête sauteuse (2) et qui est muni, au niveau de son extrémité arrière, d'un ressort (66), et un élément de détection comportant un premier capteur (8), installé sur l'élément de support élastique (6) pour détecter un cambrage d'un coin de la tête sauteuse (2), et un second capteur (9), qui détecte un point de démarrage et un point de fin du coin en détectant le premier capteur (8). Si le premier capteur (8) correspond au second capteur (9), selon un mouvement de l'élément de support élastique (6) supporté par un côté de la tête sauteuse (2), le point de démarrage du coin est détecté, et si le premier capteur (8) dévie du second capteur (9) selon un mouvement de l'élément de support élastique, le point de fin du coin est détecté.
