Abstract

 C. ジェジュニ、C. コリ、およびC. フィータスのcdt遺伝子を菌種特異的に増幅できるマルチプレックスPCR用プライマーを作製し、カンピロバクター属細菌および他のcdt遺伝子陽性細菌、代表的な腸管感染症起因菌を用いてマルチプレックスPCRの評価を行った。その結果、本発明者等によるcdtB増幅用プライマーを用いたマルチプレックスPCRは、高い特異性をもって、複数のカンピロバクター属細菌を同時に検出可能なことが証明された。本発明の方法は、家畜やヒトが複数のカンピロバクター属細菌種に混合感染している場合に、一回の操作によって菌種レベルでカンピロバクターを同定できる。
