Abstract
L'invention concerne un convertisseur photoélectrique de faible coût ayant un rendement de conversion élevé, lequel utilise de fines particules de semi-conducteur sensibilisé avec un colorant. L'invention concerne également une cellule solaire utilisant un tel convertisseur photoélectrique. L'invention concerne précisément un convertisseur photoélectrique caractérisé en ce qu'un film mince de fines particules de semi-conducteur de type oxyde, lequel est formé sur un substrat, est chargé avec un colorant de type complexe métallique représenté par la formule (1) ci-dessous ou un sel de celui-ci. (Dans la formule (1), les cycles a, b, c et d peuvent avoir chacun 1-3 substituants ; m représente un nombre entier valant 1 ou 2 ; et Z est représenté par la formule (2) ou (3) suivante.) (Dans la formule (2), A1 et A2 représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène, un résidu d'hydrocarbure aliphatique éventuellement substitué ou un groupe alcoxy ; et A3 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un résidu d'hydrocarbure aliphatique éventuellement substitué. Dans la formule (3), A4 et A5 représentent chacun un atome d'hydrogène, un résidu d'hydrocarbure aliphatique éventuellement substitué ou un groupe alcoxy ; et A6 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un résidu d'hydrocarbure aliphatique éventuellement substitué.)
