Abstract

 サーミスタに用いられる金属酸化物焼結体であって、一般式:La(Cr1-xMnx)O3(ただし、x=0.0~0.6)で示される複合酸化物を含む。また、サーミスタ素子3が、このサーミスタ用金属酸化物焼結体2と、サーミスタ用金属酸化物焼結体2に一端が固定された一対のリード線1とを有する。
