Abstract

 光拡散フィルムは、連続相がポリカーボネート系樹脂(数平均分子量15000~25000のポリカーボネート系樹脂)で構成され、分散相がポリプロピレン系樹脂(メタロセン触媒を用いたポリプロピレン系ランダム共重合体)で構成された光拡散層(異方性光拡散層など)を備えており、光拡散層の少なくとも一方の面には透明層を積層してもよい。光拡散層が実質的に相溶化剤を含まなくてもよい。ポリカーボネート系樹脂を用いても、分散相を均一に形成できるため、面光源装置や表示装置の部材として適している。この光拡散性フィルムは、高温下で使用しても光拡散特性の変化を抑制できる。
