Abstract

 海水法を採用した排煙脱硫装置において、使用済海水が希釈用海水の水面に突入する際に生じていたボイラ排ガスの巻き込みを防止または抑制することにより、燃焼排気ガスの漏洩を防止すること。脱硫塔(2)の上部から流下する海水と脱硫塔(2)の下方より上昇するボイラ排ガスとを気液接触させて脱硫する海水法による排煙脱硫装置(1A)において、脱硫後の使用済海水が脱硫塔(2)から水路(9)内を流れる希釈用海水に落下して混合希釈されるとともに、使用済海水が希釈用海水に落下して突入する際の衝撃力を緩和する衝撃力緩和装置(20)を脱硫塔(2)の燃焼排気ガス流入位置より下方に設けた。
