Abstract

　米糠に改良を加えて、より生理活性の高い米糠様組成物の提供。 　(1)米糠を搾油処理して得られた脱脂米糠、及び(2)米糠搾油を精製処理して得られた米糠油を、脱脂米糠含量及び米糠油含量の重量比が８５：１５～６０：４０となるよう混合した米糠様組成物と(1)脱脂米糠及び(2)米糠油を重量比８５：１５～６０：４０で含有する食品。米糠様組成物の好適な成分は、脂質含量が２０～４０重量％、タンパク質含量が１０～１７重量％、糖質含量が５～２１重量％、灰分含量が７～１３重量％、繊維分含量が２０～３２重量％である。本発明により、米糠と比較して優れた内臓脂肪増加抑制又は低減作用、血中中性脂肪増加抑制又は低減作用、血中コレステロール増加抑制又は低減作用が得られる。
