Abstract

 交番式熱交換型の燃焼用空気供給装置9で、燃焼用空気の供給及び燃焼排ガスの排出を80~200m/secの速度で行う。混合開始領域CAに低カロリー燃料ガスが到達するまでの間に、低カロリー燃料ガスが予燃焼高カロリー燃料ガスの熱で予熱され、混合開始領域CAにおいて予燃焼高カロリー燃料ガスと低カロリー燃料ガスとが一緒に燃焼するようにバーナ構造体4を構成する。複数台の燃料ガス燃焼装置の高温空気供給口から供給される空気量Q1と複数台の燃料ガス燃焼装置の高カロリー燃料ガスに混合される予燃焼空気の空気量Q2との合計量(Q1+Q2)を、燃焼に必要な理論空気量Qsの1.02~1.10倍とし、Q2/(Q1+Q2)が0.011~0.047の範囲の値になるようにする。
