Abstract

 パンチ金型(1)とダイ金型(25)との協働により板状のワーク(W)の打抜き加工を行う際のカス上り防止方法及びパンチ金型であって、前記パンチ金型に備えた板押え(7)によってワークを前記ダイ金型の上面に押圧し、前記パンチ金型に備えたパンチ刃部(13)によって前記ワークの一部を前記ダイ金型におけるダイ孔(27)内に打抜き、前記パンチ刃部(13)の上昇時であって前記パンチ刃部が前記ワークの下面より上側で前記ワークの上面より下側に位置するとき、前記ワークに既に加工された穴の部分から前記パンチ刃部(13)の下側へ指向して大量の流体を吹き込み、前記パンチ刃部の下側に位置する小片のカスを前記ダイ孔(27)内に落下するものである。
