Abstract
【解決手段】パンチ金型1とダイ金型25との協働により板状のワークWの打抜き加工を行う際のカス上り防止方法及びパンチ金型であって、前記パンチ金型1に備えた板押え7によってワークを前記ダイ金型25の上面に押圧し、前記パンチ金型1に備えたパンチ刃部13によって前記ワークの一部をダイ金型25におけるダイ孔27内に打抜き、前記パンチ刃部13の上昇時であって前記パンチ刃部13が前記ワークの下面より上側で前記ワークの上面より下側に位置するとき、前記ワークに既に加工された穴の部分から前記パンチ刃部13の下側へ指向して大量の流体を吹き込み、前記パンチ刃部13の下側に位置する小片のカスを前記ダイ孔27内に落下するものである。

Claims (6)
- パンチ金型とダイ金型との協働により板状のワークの打抜き加工を行う際のカス上り防止方法であって、前記パンチ金型に備えた板押えによってワークを前記ダイ金型の上面に押圧し、前記パンチ金型に備えたパンチ刃部によって前記ワークの一部をダイ金型におけるダイ孔内に打抜き、前記パンチ刃部の上昇時であって前記パンチ刃部が前記ワークの下面より上側で前記ワークの上面より下側に位置するとき、前記ワークに既に加工された穴の部分から前記パンチ刃部の下側へ指向して大量の流体を吹き込み、前記パンチ刃部の下側に位置する小片の打抜きカスを前記ダイ孔内に落下することを特徴とするカス上り防止方法。
- 請求項1に記載のカス上り防止方法において、前記流体の吹き込み方向は、前記パンチ刃部の周囲から前記ダイ孔の中央部へ指向した吹き込み方向であることを特徴とするカス上り防止方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のカス上り防止方法において、前記流体を前記ダイ金型の上面へ当接して前記ダイ孔の中央方向へ指向した流れとすることを特徴とするカス上り防止方法。
- ダイ金型と協働して板状のワークに打抜き加工を行うためのパンチ金型であって、下端部に板押えを備えた筒状のパンチガイド内に、下端部にパンチ刃部を備えたパンチボディを上下動自在に備え、前記パンチ刃部が上下動自在な貫通孔を前記板押えに備えると共に、前記貫通孔の周囲の複数箇所に、当該貫通孔とは非連通の流体噴出孔を備え、前記複数の流体噴出孔は、前記ダイ金型に備えたダイ孔の中央部に流体を集中するように斜め下方向に指向してあることを特徴とするパンチ金型。
- 請求項4に記載のパンチ金型において、前記貫通孔の周囲の複数箇所に、当該貫通孔と連通した第2の流体噴出孔を備え、前記複数の第2の流体噴出孔は、前記ダイ金型に備えたダイ孔の中央部に流体を集中するように斜め下方向に指向してあることを特徴とするパンチ金型。
- ダイ金型と協働して板状のワークに打抜き加工を行うためのパンチ金型であって、下端部に板押えを備えた筒状のパンチガイド内に、下端部にパンチ刃部を備えたパンチボディを上下動自在に備え、前記パンチ刃部が上下動自在な貫通孔を前記板押えに備えると共に、前記貫通孔の周囲の複数箇所に、当該貫通孔と連通した流体噴出孔を備え、前記複数の流体噴出孔は、前記ダイ金型に備えたダイ孔の中央部に流体を集中するように斜め下方向に指向してあることを特徴とするパンチ金型。
