Abstract

【課題】本発明は、銅箔を粗化処理していない、銅箔を使用したフレキシブルプリント配線板用の樹脂基板において、銅箔／基材樹脂層間の良好な接着性を確保することができる樹脂層付き銅箔を提供することを目的とする。 【解決手段】粗化処理の施されていない銅箔と、下記式（１） （式（１）中、ｍ、ｎは平均値で、０．００５≦ｎ／（ｍ＋ｎ）＜０．０５を示し、また、ｍ＋ｎは２～２００である。Ａｒ１は２価の芳香族基、Ａｒ２はフェノール性水酸基を有する二価の芳香族基、Ａｒ３は二価の芳香族基を示す。）で表される構造を有する、フェノール性水酸基含有芳香族ポリアミド樹脂を含有する樹脂層とが直接接合していることを特徴とする樹脂層付き銅箔。
