Abstract
表面の意匠性を保持し、導電性が優れ、低い接触電気抵抗を有するステンレス鋼製導電性部材およびその製造方法を提供する。 下記の条件1~6の少なくとも1つを満たすステンレス鋼製導電性部材: (1)表面X線光電子分光法(XPS)で分析した結合エネルギー530.1eVにおけるX線強度に対する結合エネルギー531.3eVにおけるX線強度の比が0.85以上; (2)不働態被膜中のF濃度が0.1原子%以上; (3)不働態皮膜中のLi濃度が0.01原子%以上; (4)不働態被膜中のCr/Fe比(原子%)が2以上; (5)不働態皮膜中のCr/Fe比(原子%)が2以上、Al含有量が0.1原子%以下; (6)不働態皮膜中のCr/Fe比(原子%)が2以上、Si含有量が0.1原子%以下。
