Abstract

La présente invention concerne une nanoparticule cœur-coquille comprenant au moins un cœur composé d'au moins un premier matériau métallique à base d'au moins un métal présentant une résonance plasmonique dans le domaine choisi parmi le domaine de l'ultraviolet, le domaine du visible et le domaine du proche infrarouge, et une coquille de silice, ladite silice comprenant des groupes fonctionnels. Selon l'invention, la silice comprend à sa surface, liés de façon covalente, des agents de stabilisation de ladite nanoparticule. La présente invention concerne également une nanoparticule cœur-coquille comprenant un cœur composé d'au moins ledit premier matériau et une coquille métallique réalisée dans un second matériau à base d'au moins un métal présentant une résonance plasmonique dans le domaine choisi parmi le domaine de l'ultraviolet, le domaine du visible et le domaine du proche infrarouge, ledit second matériau étant différent du premier matériau, la coquille métallique étant stabilisée par un agent surfactant sans halogénure.La présente invention concerne également un dispositif de test par immunochromatographie pour la détection d'au moins un analyte, comprenant des agents de liaison spécifiques de l'analyte, lesdits agents de liaison étant marqués par des nanoparticules, dans lequel les nanoparticules comprennent au moins un cœur composé d'au moins ledit premier matériau et une coquille de silice, ladite silice comprenant des groupes fonctionnels.
