Abstract
第1容器1と第2容器2とを接続する蒸気ダクト16中に,正逆回転可能にした蒸気圧縮機17を設け,この蒸気圧縮機17を第1容器から第2容器の方向に蒸気圧縮を行うように正方向に回転して冷房運転にし,前記蒸気圧縮機を第2容器から第1容器の方向に蒸気圧縮を行うように逆方向に回転して暖房運転にする蒸発式空調装置において,そのランニングコストの低減を図るとともに,冷房運転の際における大気の上昇に伴う冷暖房箇所の温度上昇を防止する。前記蒸気ダクト16に前記蒸気圧縮機17に対するバイパス蒸気通路19を設けて,このバイパス蒸気通路に通常閉の蒸気バイパス弁20を設け,前記冷房運転中において,前記第2容器2側の温度が前記第1容器1側の温度よりも低くなったとき,前記蒸気圧縮機の回転を停止する一方,前記蒸気バイパス弁20を開く構成にする。
