Abstract

 冷熱用蒸発性液体を減圧で沸騰蒸発する蒸発器1と,蒸気を凝縮する凝縮器2と,負荷14側の冷熱用間接式熱交換器6と,大気空気による冷却用熱交換器11と,蒸発器の冷熱用蒸発性液体を冷熱用間接式熱交換器との間を循環する冷熱用循環手段5,7と,凝縮器の冷却用蒸発性液体を冷却用熱交換器との間を循環する冷却用循環手段10,12とを備え,蒸発器から凝縮器への蒸気ダクト19中に蒸気圧縮機20を設けて成るものにおいて,凝縮器側の温度が大気温度の低下で蒸発器側の温度よりも低くなったときのランニングコストを,冷熱用蒸発性液体の温度上昇を伴うことなく低減する。前記蒸気ダクト19に,前記蒸気圧縮機を迂回するバイパス蒸気通路22を設けて,このバイパス蒸気通路に開閉弁23を設け,前記凝縮器側の温度が前記蒸発器側の温度よりも低くなったとき,前記蒸気圧縮機の運転を停止する一方,前記開閉弁を開くように構成する。
