Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態による冷却装置の流体回路図である。まず、図1を参照して、第1実施形態による冷却装置の全体構成について説明する。
図6は、本発明の第2実施形態による蒸発器14の縦断面図である。図7は、図6に示した蒸発器14内におけるフィルタ40の設置状態を示した図である。次に、図6及び図7を参照して、本発明の第2実施形態による蒸発器14の構成について説明する。
図8は、本発明の第3実施形態による蒸発器14内におけるフィルタ50の設置状態を示した図である。次に、図8を参照して、本発明の第3実施形態による蒸発器14の構成について説明する。
図9は、本発明の第4実施形態による蒸発器14内におけるフィルタ60を生成空間S3から連通空間S4に向かって見た正面図である。次に、図9を参照して、本発明の第4実施形態による蒸発器14の構成について説明する。

Claims (7)
- 圧縮機の吸入部に接続可能な吸出し口を有する筐体を備え、前記吸出し口を通じての前記圧縮機の吸引作用により前記筐体内の滴状又は霧状の作動液の少なくとも一部を蒸発させる蒸発器であって、
前記筐体内には、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液を生成する第1空間と、前記吸出し口に連通し、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液を生成しない第2空間とが設けられ、
前記蒸発器は、前記筐体内において、前記第1空間と前記第2空間とを隔てるとともに、上部に向かうに従って前記吸出し口から遠ざかるように傾斜した姿勢で設置され、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液から蒸発した蒸気を透過させる一方、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液を捕獲するフィルタを備えた、蒸発器。
- 圧縮機の吸入部に接続可能な吸出し口を有する筐体を備え、前記吸出し口を通じての前記圧縮機の吸引作用により前記筐体内の滴状又は霧状の作動液の少なくとも一部を蒸発させる蒸発器であって、
前記筐体内には、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液を生成する第1空間と、前記吸出し口に連通し、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液を生成しない第2空間とが設けられ、
前記蒸発器は、前記筐体内において、前記第1空間と前記第2空間とを隔てるように設置され、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液から蒸発した蒸気を透過させる一方、前記滴状又は霧状の作動液を捕獲するフィルタを備え、
前記フィルタは鉛直方向に並ぶ複数のフィルタ部材に分割されているとともに、当該各フィルタ部材は上部に向かうに従って前記吸出し口から遠ざかるように傾斜した姿勢で配置されている、蒸発器。
- 鉛直方向に隣り合う2つの前記フィルタ部材間に設けられ、その上側のフィルタ部材によって捕獲されて下方に流れる前記作動液を受け止める受板部と、
前記上側のフィルタ部材よりも前記吸出し口側の位置で前記受板部に立設される立設部とを備えた、請求項2に記載の蒸発器。 - 前記受板部は、前記第2空間から前記第1空間へ向かって下がるように傾斜した姿勢で配置されている、請求項3に記載の蒸発器。
- 鉛直方向に隣り合う2つの前記フィルタ部材間に設けられ、その上側のフィルタ部材によって捕獲されて下方に流れる前記作動液を受け止める受板部を備え、
前記受板部は、前記第2空間から前記第1空間へ向かって下がるように傾斜した姿勢で配置されている、請求項2に記載の蒸発器。 - 前記受板部は、第1端部と、この第1端部よりも前記吸出し口に近い第2端部とを有し、
前記受板部は、前記第2端部から前記第1端部に向かうに従って下がるように傾斜した姿勢で配置されている、請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の蒸発器を備えた冷却装置であって、
前記滴状又は霧状の作動液の少なくとも一部が蒸発する際の蒸発熱を利用して冷却を行う、冷却装置。
