Abstract

 液体中に含まれる空気の発泡やその膨張を阻止して、信頼性の高い液体の温度制御を行うことができる温度制御装置および温度制御方法に関し、先端からの液体の吸引および吐出、ならびに吸引した前記液体の保持が可能な1または複数連のノズルと、前記各ノズルを介して気体の吸引および吐出が可能な吸引吐出機構と、前記各ノズルに設けた1または2以上の所定の温度制御領域に関して、各々設定した1または2以上の所定温度に所定時間維持可能な温度調節器と、前記液体を収容可能な1または2以上の容器と前記ノズルとの間を相対的に移動可能とする移動機構と、前記移動機構、前記吸引吐出機構および前記温度調節器に対して前記ノズル内に吸引すべき液体とその液量、吸引した前記液体のノズル内での位置の調整、および温度制御を指示する制御部とを有するように構成する。
