Abstract

 外観、風合い、さらには伸長率および伸長回復率に優れたシートを提供するために、次の(i)~(iii)の工程でシートを製造する。 (i)固有粘度に差のある2種類以上のポリエチレンテレフタレート系重合体が繊維長さ方向に沿ってサイドバイサイド型に貼り合わされた複合繊維および/または固有粘度に差のある2種類以上のポリエチレンテレフタレート系重合体が偏心した芯鞘構造を形成している偏心芯鞘複合繊維からなる糸条を含む織編物と、溶剤に対する溶解性の異なる2種類以上の高分子物質からなる極細繊維発生型繊維とを絡合させてシートを作製する工程 (ii)前記シートを溶剤で処理して平均単繊維繊度が0.001dtex以上0.5dtex以下の極細繊維を発現せしめ、その後、該シートに、ポリウレタンを主成分とする高分子弾性体の溶剤液を含浸、固化して、ポリウレタンを主成分とする高分子弾性体を付与する工程、または、前記シートに、ポリウレタンを主成分とする高分子弾性体の溶剤液を含浸、固化して、ポリウレタンを主成分とする高分子弾性体を付与し、その後、該シートを溶剤で処理して平均単繊維繊度が0.001dtex以上0.5dtex以下の極細繊維を発現せしめる工程 (iii)110°C以上の条件下で前記織編物を揉んで収縮させる工程
