Abstract

 本発明は、光源装置に対する光導波路の位置決め、固定を容易にし、装置構成を小型、簡素化することができる第二次高調波光発生装置を提供する。この第二次高調波光発生装置は、開口を有した筐体と、筐体に固定された光源装置と、光源装置から出射される光を伝播させて第二次高調波光に変換する光導波路が形成された非線形光学結晶チップを中心孔に収め、開口に対して遊嵌される外形を有したスリーブと、筐体内に配置され、光源装置から出射される光を光導波路に結合させる結合光学系とを備え、スリーブが開口に挿入されて位置調整が行われた後、筐体に対して固定される。
