Abstract

 穿孔機10は、複数の傾斜ロール1と、プラグ2と、プッシャ4と、ガイドロール6とを備える。プッシャ4は、少なくとも丸ビレット20が傾斜ロール1に接触してから所定距離前進するまで、丸ビレット20を後端から押し進める。ガイドロール6は、傾斜ロール1とプッシャ4との間に配置される。ガイドロール6は、ロール軸61とロール表面62とを含む。ロール軸61は、パスラインPLに対して斜めに傾く。ロール表面62の断面形状は凹の弓状である。さらに、ガイドロール6は無駆動である。プッシャ4で押された丸ビレット20は、ガイドロール6により回転を与えられる。そのため、丸ビレット20が傾斜ロール1と接触したときの摩擦力が低減される。 その結果、プッシャで丸ビレットを複数の傾斜ロールの間に押し込みながら穿孔圧延しても、傾斜ロールの磨耗量を抑えることができる。
