Abstract

【課題】エクストロールフォーミング方式及びドローベンチ方式での被成形材の成形を行なうことが可能なフォーミング装置。 【解決手段】基台上に、駆動装置と、少なくとも一対の成形ロール又は少なくとも一対の成形ダイスを備えている成形スタンドとが対向して配置されている。駆動装置は、駆動源によって成形スタンドに近づく方向、及び、成形スタンドから離れる方向に進退移動し、成形スタンド側の先端に被成形材支持機構を備えている駆動ロッドを有する。被成形材支持機構により被成形材の駆動装置側の端を押圧し、成形スタンドに近づく方向に駆動ロッドを移動させ、被成形材を成形ロール又は成形ダイスの間隙に押入する。あるいは、被成形材支持機構により被成形材の駆動装置側の端を把持し、成形スタンドから離れる方向に駆動ロッドを移動させて、被成形材を成形ロール又は成形ダイスの間隙から引き抜く。
