Abstract

 ワーク(被加工物)の曲げ形状に合わせて成形されている曲げ型(2)と、直線状に延ばされている直線型(3)とを用いて、ワークの曲げ加工を行うための曲げ加工装置(1)であって、曲げ型(2)及び直線型(3)が載置される作業面(11a)を有するテーブル(10)と、作業面(11a)に沿って移動する一対のローラ(40,50)とを備え、各ローラ(40,50)は、曲げ型(2)及び直線型(3)を型閉め方向から挟んだ状態で、曲げ型(2)及び直線型(3)の一端側から他端側に向けて移動するように構成されている。この構成により、曲げ加工装置(1)をコンパクトに構成することができ、曲げ加工に必要な作業スペースを小さくすることができるとともに、曲げ加工の作業効率を向上させることができる。
