本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷, 提供一种采用全新自锁方式 的可调家具的驱动装置, 其自锁方式灵活、 有效, 工作时产生的噪音以及部件的磨损 较小, 部件构造简单, 易于加工装配, 且使用寿命较长。

该可调家具的驱动装置工作原理如下- 电机 1正常工作, 设置在蜗轮 2下的升降杆上升或者下降, 此时电磁线圈 82通电, 静铁芯 8内的电磁线圈 82产生电磁力, 使动铁芯 6克服弹簧 7的抵制力而与静铁芯 8吸附 在一起, 这样, 动铁芯 6与刹车片 5之间就留出有间隙, 也即动铁芯 6解除了对刹车片 5 的摩擦阻力, 从而使刹车片 5能与电机 1的第二输出轴 12—起自由旋转, 参见图 2;
当电机 1停止工作, 即升降杆处于一定的髙度位置, 此时静铁芯 8内的电磁线圈 82 断电, 电磁线圈 82就丧失了对动铁芯 6的电磁场, 动铁芯 6在弹簧 7的预紧力作用下, 压 向位于其另一侧的刹车片 5, 与刹车片 5贴合在一起, 且两者被弹簧 7压紧, 此时, 动铁 芯 6与刹车片 5发生平面摩擦, 也即动铁芯 6连同位于其一侧的弹簧 7—起对刹车片 5的旋 转产生阻力, 使刹车片 5制动, 而电机 1的第二输出轴 12与刹车片 5相连, 这样, 就可间 接的对电机 1产生制动的效果, 使电机 1自锁, 参见图 3。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种可调家具的驱动装置, 包括有可逆转的电机 (1), 该电机 (1)具有第一输出 轴 (11), 并与减速传动机构传动相连, 其特征在于: 所述的电机 (1)在与所述的第一输 出轴 (11)相反方向的另一侧也设置有外伸的、 与第一输出轴 (11)同步转动的第二输出轴 (12), 并且在该第二输出轴 (12)末端处自前向后依次设置有下列部件- 一刹车片 (5), 固定在该第二输出轴 (12)之上;
一动铁芯 (6), 可沿轴向作限位移动;
一弹簧 (7), 具有使所述的动铁芯 (6)向刹车片 (5)方向移动并与刹车片 (5)贴合的趋 势;
一静铁芯 (8), 其相对电机 (1)外壳固定, 该静铁芯 (8)内嵌设有与电机 (1)同步工作的 电磁线圈 (82), 该电磁线圈 (82)所产生的磁场使动铁芯 (6)远离刹车片 (5)而向静铁芯 (8) 方向移动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可调家具的驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述静铁芯 (8)采用 如下方式相对电机 (1)外壳固定: 一固定支架 (4)以其中央孔穿过所述第二输出轴 (12), 并相对电机 (1)外壳固定, 所述的静铁芯 (8>就固定在该固定支架 (4)的一侧。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可调家具的驱动装置, 其特征在于: 所述可沿轴向作限 位移动的动铁芯 (6)采用如下方式实现: 所述动铁芯 (6)外边沿开设有缺口 (61), 该缺口 (61)上穿设有两端分别抵在固定支架 (4)与静铁芯 (8)之间的定位销 (62)。
