Abstract

 チタン酸バリウムを主成分とし、カルシウムと、バナジウムと、マグネシウムと、マンガンと、イットリウム、ディスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウムおよびテルビウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種の希土類元素とが固溶したコアシェル構造の結晶粒子と、該結晶粒子間に存在する粒界相とを有する誘電体磁器であって、前記結晶粒子に対して、バナジウム、マグネシウムおよび希土類元素およびマンガンをそれぞれ所定の割合で含有させて、キュリー温度を95~105°Cの範囲としたことにより、高誘電率かつ比誘電率の温度変化率を小さくできるとともに、絶縁抵抗の電圧依存性の小さい誘電体磁器を得ることができる。
