Abstract

【課題】 高誘電率かつ誘電損失が小さく、比誘電率の温度変化がEIA規格のX7R特性を満足し、印加する電圧が低い場合にも高い絶縁抵抗が得られる誘電体磁器と、このような誘電体磁器を誘電体層として備え、高温負荷試験での寿命特性に優れる積層セラミックコンデンサを提供する。 【解決手段】 誘電体磁器がチタン酸バリウムを主成分として、バナジウム、マグネシウム、マンガンおよび希土類元素を所定量含み、正方晶系のチタン酸バリウムを示す(004)面の回折強度が立方晶系のチタン酸バリウムを示す(004)面の回折強度よりも大きく、結晶粒子がカルシウムの濃度が0.2原子%以下の結晶粒子とカルシウムの濃度が0.4原子%以上の結晶粒子とから構成され、カルシウムの濃度が0.4原子%以上の結晶粒子が面積比で0.4~0.7であり、結晶粒子の平均粒径が0.21~0.28μmである。
