Abstract

 N-フェニル-N’-フェニルスルホニルピペラジン誘導体及びそれらの中間体の効率的な製造方法を提供する。  式(I): (式中、R1、R2、R3、R4、及びR5はそれぞれ独立して、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、置換されていてもよいアルキル、置換されていてもよいアルキルオキシ等)で示される化合物を溶媒中、パラジウム化合物、有機リン化合物、及び塩基の存在下、式(II): (式中、R6、R7、R8、R9、及びR10はそれぞれ独立して、水素原子、ハロゲン原子、ヒドロキシ、置換されていてもよいヘテロアリール等;Xはハロゲン原子当)で示される化合物と反応させることを特徴とする式(III): (式中、R1、R2、R3、R4、R5、R6、R7、R8、R9、及びR10は前記と同意義)で示される化合物の製造方法。
