Abstract
The present invention provides a process for preparing a 11-alkylidene dibenz[b,e]oxepin derivative or the salt thereof of the formula (V), which comprises step (1) halogenizing a compound of the formula (I) to obtain a compound of the formula (II), step (2) coupling a compound of the formula (II) with an alkyne compound of the formula (III) to obtain a compound of the formula (3), and step (iii) subjecting a compound of the formula (IV) to molecular endocyclic reaction. (wherein, R1 represents a hydrogen atom etc., R2 represents a lower alkyl group etc., X1 represents a chlorine atom etc., X2 represents a chlorine atom etc., n represents an integer of 0~4).
