Abstract

Consiste en una agarradera susceptible de ser adaptada a un mango de una herramienta o un tubo de una estructura móvil, y provista de unos medios de anclaje a dicho mango a dicha estructura, que comprende un cuerpo (4) de fijación a Ia herramienta o tubo de estructura, teniendo dicho cuerpo forma acanalada (11) semicilíndrica, y siendo dicho cuerpo susceptible de ser dispuesto envolviendo un mango o tubo, un entronque (14) que conforma, en uno de sus extremos un medio de sujeción del cuerpo (4), y en el otro un tubo receptor de un brazo (1); y un brazo (1), provisto en su extremo libre de al menos una empuñadura (2 ó 3).

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES MODIFICADAS [Recibidas por Ia Oficina Internacional el 31 de octubre de 2008 (31.10.2008)]REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, susceptible de ser adaptada a un mango de una herramienta o un tubo de una estructura móvil, y provista de unos medios de anclaje a dicho mango a dicha estructura, que comprende:
• Un cuerpo (4) de fijación a Ia herramienta o tubo de estructura, teniendo dicho cuerpo forma acanalada (11) semicilíndrica, y siendo dicho cuerpo susceptible de ser dispuesto envolviendo un mango o tubo;
• Un entronque (14) que conforma, en uno de sus extremos un medio de sujeción del cuerpo (4), γ en el otro un tubo receptor de un brazo (1); y
• Un brazo (1), provisto en su extremo libre de una empuñadura (2);
Caracterizada porque el mango o empuñadura (2, 3) comprende además al menos una empuñadura lateral (3), y preferentemente dos empuñaduras laterales (3) dispuestas simétricamente.
2.- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según Ia reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque las prolongaciones o empuñaduras simétricas laterales (3) están dispuestas formando un ángulo de aproximadamente 45° respecto al brazo (1) y en dirección al extremo del mismo.
3.- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el extremo del mango comprende un mango central (2) de horquilla cerrada.
4.- Agarradera auxiliar para herra mientas, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada porque el cuerpo (4) dispone en Ia parte central de sus bordes unas extensiones emergentes (10) provistas de sendos orificios susceptibles de alojar un tomillo (5).
5.- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque el entronque (14) presenta interiormente un perfil tubular parcial que permite su acoplamiento sobre el tubo o mango de Ia herramienta a Ia que se fija.
6,- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 4 o 5, caracterizada porque el entronque presenta un agujero (15) pasante, que en el montaje se hace coincidir con los orificios de las extensiones emergentes (10) del cuerpo (4), de modo que ambas piezas puedan ser sujetadas mediante un tornillo (5) y su correspondiente tuerca (14).
7.- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque Ia porción cilindrica del entronque (14) que aloja el brazo (1) presenta respecto al mango o tubo al que es fijado un ángulo con un valor de 45° a 60°,
8,- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada por comprender además una abrazadera (9) de sujeción del brazo (1) al entronque (14).
9.- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3, caracterizada por que Ia abrazadera comprende unos orificios en sus extremos susceptibles de ser atravesados por un tornillo (12) y contra Ia acción de una tuerca (13), estando Ia cabeza del tomillo provista de una excéntrica articulada respecto a un eje perpendicular a dicho tomillo (12).
10.- Agarradera auxiliar para herramientas, según Ia reivindicación 7 y cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 8 y 9, caracterizada porque Ia porción tubular del entronque (14) de unión con el brazo (1) está provista de unos cortes (8) que permiten ser oprimidos por medio de la abrazadera (9).
