Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un substrat pour dispositif électroluminescent organique (10), porteur d'une électrode discontinue (2a à 2'c) à couche fonctionnelle métallique à propriété intrinsèque de conductivité électrique, entre une couche de contact et une surcouche, l'électrode présentant une résistance carrée inférieure ou égale à 5 Ω/carré pour une épaisseur de couche fonctionnelle inférieure à 100 nm, l'électrode étant sous forme d'au moins une rangée de zones d'électrode, chaque zone d'électrode présentant une première dimension (l) d'au moins 3 cm dans Ia direction (X) de ladite rangée, les zones d'électrode de chaque rangée étant espacées entre elles par une distance dite intrarangée (d1) inférieure ou égale à 0,5 mm. La présente invention a également pour objet un dispositif électroluminescent organique (10) l'incorporant ainsi que les fabrications de cette électrode et de ce dispositif.
