Abstract
Прозрачная подложка (1) для фотонных устройств, содержащая основание (10) и электрод (11), упомянутый электрод (11), содержащий слоистую структуру, содержащую одиночный металлический проводящий слой (112) и по меньшей мере одно покрытие (110), имеющее свойства для улучшения пропускания света через упомянутый электрод, в котором упомянутое покрытие (110) имеет геометрическую толщину по меньшей мере более 3,0 нм и, как максимум, меньше или равно 200 нм, и упомянутое покрытие (110) содержит по меньшей мере один слой для улучшения пропускания света (1101) и расположено между металлическим проводящим слоем (112) и основанием (10), на котором размещен упомянутый электрод (11), упомянутая прозрачная подложка такова, что оптическая толщина покрытия, обладающего свойствами для улучшения пропускания света (110), T, и геометрическая толщина металлического проводящего слоя (112), Т, связаны уравнениемгде Т_, В и Tконстанты с Т_, имеющим значение в диапазоне от 10 до 25 нм, В, имеющим значение в диапазоне от 10 до 16,5 нм, и T_, имеющим значение в диапазоне от 23,9∙nнм до 28,3∙n, с n,обозначающим показатель преломления покрытия для улучшения пропускания света при длине волны 550 нм и n, характеризующим показатель преломления основания при длине волны 550 нм.
