图 1至图 9示出了本发明旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置的一个实施方式,它包括 一中空的并带两侧立柱 11及其连接梁 12的车架体 1, 该车架体 1上设置有车辆提升机 构 5,该车辆提升机构 5连接一旋转式载车板 4,该旋转式载车板 4的上部即为上车位 7, 车架体 1的中空即为下车位 8; 上车位 7中存放的车辆是停放在旋转式载车板的上平面 上, 下车位 8中存放的车辆是停放在车库中车位 10的地平面上, 如图 1、 2、 3所示。
车架体 1具有行走机构 2, 该行走机构 2包含有带减速器 21的行走电机 22, 带减 速器 21的行走电机 22通过链轮与链条传动机构带动行走轮 9, 该行走轮 9连接有轨道 6,该轨道 6与地面固定连接; 以实现车架体 1通过车架行走传动机构 2沿预埋的轨道 6 驶入或驶出车库中车位 10, 如图 1所示。
本发明的特点是: 为提高单位面积的停车率而设计了一个车位停二台车即二台车 叠放、 为了减少车辆进出车位时必须在车位前留有的通道面积而设计了旋转式载车板; 车辆可从车位的侧面直进直出车位, 从而减少了必须在车位前留有的通道面积。
旋转式载车板 4是由可旋转的上层托车板 41和下层托盘 42组成,旋转式载车板 4还设 置有关的安全装置和操作控制装置, 如图 4、 5所示。
旋转式载车板 4的上层托车板 41与下层托盘 42之间装置一平面轴承 44, 平面轴承 44 的动圈设置有内齿圈 441, 平面轴承的静圈 442与下层托盘 42固定连接, 如图 4、 6、 8、 9 所示。平面轴承 44可以设置为平面滚动轴承; 也可以设置为自润滑复合材料平面滑动轴 承, 自润滑复合材料平面滑动轴承具有摩擦系数小、 转动噪声小、 转动平稳安全以及自 润滑的特性。
旋转式载车板 4中可旋转的上层托车板 41连接一带传动电机的输出小齿轮 43, 小齿 轮 43与内齿圈 441相啮合, 如图 4、 5所示。
上层托车板 41通过带传动电机的输出小齿轮 43与设置有内齿圈 441的平面轴承 44的 动圈带动上层托车板 41沿下层托盘 42上的中心轴 45作旋转运动。上层托车板的旋转中心 与下层托盘的中心轴相重合。
车架体 1的两侧立柱 11可以是对称布置的多个立柱。车架体 1的两侧立柱 11之间所占 有的面积要大于上层托车板 41并转动 90度时所需要的面积; 这样能够操纵置于车架体 1 中的旋转式载车板 4并使得车辆可从车位的侧面直进直出车位与复位。
旋转式载车板 4通过车辆提升机构 5沿车架体 1上升或下降。车辆提升机构 5包含 有提升电机与传动轮, 传动轮连接有传动链条或传动钢缆, 传动链条或传动钢缆的另一 端与旋转式载车板 4相连接, 以提升或降落旋转式载车板。
旋转式载车板 4两侧设置有旋转式车载板上下滑动导轨装置以及限定提升的旋转式 车载板上位电磁锁定装置、 升降报警装置。
停放在旋转式载车板的上车位中存放的车辆如图 1、 2所示, 上车位及下车位各可 容纳一辆车;旋转式载车板与车辆提升机构相连接以实现置于旋转式载车板上的上车位 的车辆的上、 下升降。
带上车位 7与下车位 8的车架体 1是可容置于车库的车位 10中。 车架体 1可沿着 固定设置在车库的车位 10地面上的轨道行走, 并进出于车库 10中。 轨道 6可固定埋入 在车库 10地下; 如图 1、 2所示。
本发明旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置的操作程序是这样的- 在车位中存车
第一种情况 当车位内没有停车时, 旋转式载车板已升到上车位高度,第一辆车 直接驶入下车位内;
第二种情况 当下车位内已经停有一辆车时则按以下程序操纵: 将车架体沿轨道 驶出车位外——放下旋转式载车板——操控旋转式载车板上的电机将上层托车板转动 90度——第二辆车驶至上层托车板——上层托车板转动 90度复位——操控提升机构将 旋转式载车板升至上车位高度——车架体沿轨道驶入车位内复位, 实现两车叠放。
在车位中取车
第一种情况 当下车位停有车时, 下车位的车可直接开出车位;
第二种情况 当下车位没停车而上车位停有车时, 需要从上车位取车, 则首先启动 旋转式载车板提升机构将旋转式载车板放下,再将车辆驶出车位;
第三种情况 当上车位与下车位都停有车并且要从上车位取车, 则按以下程序操 纵: 首先将车架体沿轨道驶出车位外——放下旋转式载车板——通过旋转式载车板上的 电机将上层托车板转动 90度——车辆从旋转式载车板驶出——上层托车板转动 90度复 位——提升旋转式载车板到上车位高度——车架体沿轨道驶入车位复位。
本发明的车架行走传动机构与载车板提升机构的驱动方式可以用链轮与链条传动 机构; 也可以采用钢缆传动机构。
本发明的操作方式可以采用按钮操纵板操作; 也可以采用按钮与通过遥控器兼用。 本发明的安全防护装置设置有车架体移动行程限位开关和车架体碰撞障碍物的自 动停止移动及警报装置、载车板升降行程限位开关和载车板碰撞障碍物的自动停止移动 及警报装置以及载车板上车位电磁锁定装置。
车辆提升机构 5包含有提升电机与传动轮, 传动轮连接可以采用传动链条, 也可以 采用传动钢缆, 传动链条或传动钢缆的另一端与旋转式载车板相连接, 以提升或降落载 车板。
车辆提升机构 5在车架体 1的两侧立柱 11之间对称设置, 车辆提升机构沿立柱上 下移动; 旋转式载车板与车辆提升机构之间对称连接; 以确保载有车辆的旋转式载车板 上下移动时的运动稳定性与动作可靠性。
旋转式载车板两侧设置有车载板上下滑动导轨装置 46 以及限定提升的车载板上位 电磁锁定装置、 升降报警装置; 升降式载车板前端还设置有上下限位开关和车挡装置, 以确保运行操作安全。
本发明旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置设计成车辆直进直出车位,实现了最大限度 的减少车辆进出车位时在车位前方所需的通道面积。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1. 一种旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 它包括一中空的并带两侧立柱及其连接 梁的车架体, 该车架体上设置有车辆提升机构, 该车辆提升机构连接一载车板, 该载车 板即为上车位, 所述的车架体的中空即为下车位, 所述的车架体具有行走机构, 该行走 机构包含有行走电机与行走轮, 该行走轮连接有轨道, 该轨道与地面固定连接, 其特征 在于: 所述的载车板设置为一可旋转的上层托车板 (41 ) 与一下层托盘(42) 组合的旋 转式载车板(4); 所述的下层托盘(42 )设置一中心轴(45), 所述的上层托车板(41 ) 可绕所述的中心轴 (45 ) 旋转; 所述的车架体 (1 ) 的两侧立柱 (11 ) 之间所占有的面 积要大于所述的可旋转的上层托车板 (41 ) 转动 90度时所需要的面积。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的上 层托车板(41 )与所述的下层托盘(42)之间装置一平面轴承(44) , 该平面轴承(44) 的动圈设置有内齿圈 (441 ) , 该带内齿圈 (441 ) 的平面轴承动圈与所述的上层托车板
(41 ) 相连接; 所述的平面轴承 (44) 的静圈 (442 ) 与所述的下层托盘 (42) 固定连 接。
3. 根据权利要求 1所述的旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的内 齿圈 (441 ) 啮合一带传动电机的输出小齿轮 (43) , 该带传动电机的输出小齿轮(43) 装置在所述的下层托盘 (42) 中。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的旋 转式载车板 (4) 与所述的车辆提升机构 (5) 相连接。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 平面轴承 (44) 设置为平面滚动轴承或自润滑复合材料平面滑动轴承。
6. 根据权利要求 1所述的旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 旋转式载车板 (4) 两侧设置有上下滑动导轨装置 (46)。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的车 辆提升机构 (5)在所述的车架体 (1 ) 的两侧立柱 (11 )之间对称布置; 所述的旋转式 载车板 (4) 与所述的车辆提升机构 (5) 之间对称连接。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的旋转式载车板一车位停二车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的行 走机构 (2) 包含有行走电机 (22) 与行走轮 (9), 该行走轮连接有轨道 (6), 该轨道 与地面固定连接。
