Abstract

 伝送線路マイクロ波装置は、容量性素子を等価的に含む直列枝の回路と、誘導性素子を等価的に含む並列枝の回路とを備え、マイクロ波の伝搬方向に対して異なる磁化方向に磁化されてジャイロ異方性を有し、上記伝搬方向と上記磁化方向とにより形成される面に対して非対称な構造を有し、順方向の伝搬定数と逆方向の伝搬定数とが互いに異なる非可逆位相特性を有するように、伝搬定数と動作周波数との関係を示す分散曲線において所定の伝搬定数及び動作周波数を設定してなる少なくとも1つの非可逆伝送線路部分を含む。上記少なくとも1つの非可逆伝送線路部分を第1と第2のポートの間で縦続接続してマイクロ波伝送線路を構成する。
