Abstract

　挿入損失を増大させることなく、アイソレーション特性を向上させることのできる非可逆回路素子を得る。 　永久磁石により直流磁界が印加されるフェライト（３２）と、該フェライト（３２）に配置された第１中心電極（３５）及び第２中心電極（３６）を備えた非可逆回路素子。第１中心電極（３５）の一端は入力ポート（Ｐ１）に接続され、他端は出力ポート（Ｐ２）に接続されている。第２中心電極（３６）の一端は出力ポート（Ｐ２）に接続され、他端はグランドポート（Ｐ３）に接続されている。また、入力ポート（Ｐ１）と出力ポート（Ｐ２）との間には整合用コンデンサ（Ｃ１）が接続されるとともに、抵抗（Ｒ１）が接続され、かつ、該抵抗（Ｒ１）と直列にＬＣ共振回路を構成するインダクタ（Ｌ３）とコンデンサ（Ｃ３）とが接続されている。
