Abstract

比較的低い過剰圧力でも確実に作動してその圧力を安全かつ確実に外界へ開放でき、小型で簡易な構成で、均一に大量生産できる過剰圧力開放弁を提供する。 過剰圧力開放弁1は、ゴム弾性板10の裏面側13にかかる内部過剰圧力によってその表面側12へ押し広げられて前記圧力を外界へ開放する密閉開放自在のスリット11が、この表裏両面12・13を貫通している。ゴム弾性板10が、1~20質量%のシリコーンオイルを含有する前記シリコーンゴム製である。
