また、 本発明の折畳傘の袋収納装置は、 梃子の一端を前記開放操作部材に軸支 し、 前記梃子の他端に錘を設け、 前記錘の下降で前記開放操作部材を回動状態か ら復帰することを特徴とする。
また、 本発明の折畳傘の袋収納装置は、 本体に傘袋を収容し、 傘袋の開口を開 放する開放操作部材を本体内に回動可能に設け、 折畳傘の先端を当接して付勢す ることにより、 開放操作部材が回動して傘袋の開口を開放する折畳傘の袋収納装 置であって、 梃子の一端を前記開放操作部材に軸支し、 前記梃子の他端に錘を設 け、前記錘の下降で前記開放操作部材を回動状態から復帰することを特徴とする。 尚、 本明細書開示の発明には、 各発明や各実施形態の構成の他に、 これらの部 分的な構成を本明細書開示の他の構成に変更して特定したもの、 或いはこれらの 構成に本明細書開示の他の構成を付加して特定したもの、 或いはこれらの部分的 な構成を部分的な作用効果が得られる限度で削除して特定した上位概念化したも のも含まれる。
本発明の折畳傘の袋収納装置は、 折畳傘の導入部と取出部を連続させ、 開放操 作部材に折畳傘の嵩張りを規制する羽体を立設し、 羽体を折畳傘の取出側に回動 可能とし、 且つ前記回動状態から弾性復帰可能とすることにより、 利用者は抦を 持ち続けたまま一連の動作で折畳傘を傘袋に収納することが可能である。 更に、 折畳傘の導入部と取出部が連続しているので、 利用者は楽な姿勢のまま傘袋に収 納した折畳傘を取り出すことができる。 従って、 利用者の収納動作の労力が少な く、 利便性に優れると共に、 利用者 1人当たりの収納動作に要する時間を短縮す ることができる。
また、 羽体を開放操作部材にパネ蝶番で取り付けることにより、 羽板の良好な 回動と弾性復帰を安価に実現することができる。
また、 折畳傘は閉じた際に長傘よりも嵩張るが、 羽体の羽部を上方に向かって 拡がるように傾斜して立設することにより、 羽部をガイ ド部とし、 羽部で折畳傘 の嵩張りを窄め、 傘袋に収納し易くすることができる。 また、 折畳傘は閉じた際に長傘よりも嵩張るが、 開放操作部材を収容した傘袋 に向かって下降するように傾斜して設けることにより、 開放操作部材をガイ ド部 とし、 垂直方向より開放操作部材の傾斜方向に倣うように傾斜して導入される折 畳傘の嵩張りを回動前の開放操作部材で窄め、 傘袋に収納し易くすることができ る。
また、 開放操作部材の折畳傘の取出側と反対側の側部に規制部材を設け、 規制 部材の当接で開放操作部材を傾斜配置することにより、 取出側と反対側のスぺー スを有効活用しつつ、 簡単な構造で開放操作部材を所要の傾斜角度に傾斜配置す ることができる。
また、 柄が短い折畳傘の袋収納装置では利用者の手が装置本体深くに入り込む が、 梃子の一端を前記開放操作部材に軸支し、 前記梃子の他端に錘を設け、 前記 錘の下降で前記開放操作部材を回動状態から復帰する構成により、 本体に入り込 んだ手や指が開放操作部材で挟まれることを防止し、 安全性を確保することがで さる。 図面の簡単な説明

本発明の折畳傘の袋収納装置の実施形態について説明する。
本実施形態の折畳傘の袋収納装置 1は、 図 1〜図 7に示すように、 傘袋 1 0が 収容される本体 2と、 本体 2内に回動可能に設けられ、 折畳傘 1 1の先端を当接 され付勢されることにより回動して、 傘袋 1 0の開口 1 0 aを開放する開放操作 部材 3と、 傘袋 1 0に収納された折畳傘 1 1が取り出される取出側で開放操作部 材 3から立設する羽体 4とを備える。
本体 2は、 平面視略コ字形の箱体であり、 その上部に折畳傘 1 1の導入部 2 1、 その側部に傘袋 1 0に収納された折畳傘 1 1の取出部 2 2を有し、 導入部 2 1と 取出部 2 2は連続して開放している。 本体 2の上面には、 前部カバー 2 3と、 前 面に略垂直な規制面 2 4 1を有する後部カバー 2 4と、 前記折畳傘 1 1の取出側 と反対側の本体 2の側部で導入部 2 1の側方に設けられる傾斜面 2 5とが設けら れている。 本体 2内の傘袋 1 0は、 後部カバー 2 4の下側で、 開口 1 0 a側が前 面になるようにハンガー 2 6に吊されて複数枚収容され、 後方に設けられる板状 の付勢パネ 2 7で常時前方へ移動付勢されている。 尚、 前部カバー 2 3と後部力 バー 2 4間の距離に相当する平面視略コ字形の導入部 2 1の幅は 1 4 0〜 1 5 0 m m程度、 同様に取出部 2 2の幅は 1 4 0〜 1 5 0 m m程度とすることが好まし い。
開放操作部材 3は、 平面視略矩形 ·正面視略コ字形の回転板 3 1と、 回転板 3 1の先端に設けられる舌片 3 2とを有する。 回転板 3 1には、 前端にブラケット 3 1 1が屈曲形成されており、 ブラケッ ト 3 1 1に第 1支軸 2 8が揷通され、 回 転板 3 1は第 1支軸 2 8を中心に回転可能になっている。 第 1支軸 2 8は、 戻し パネとオイルダンパを有する蝶番 （図示せず） の軸であり、 回動された回転板 3 1は、 戻しバネによる弾性復帰をオイルダンパで緩衝しながら、 緩やかに回動前 の状態に復元し、 開放操作部材 3で利用者の手や指が挾まれることを防止可能で ある。 更に、 回転板 3 1の取出側と反対側の側都には、 規制部材として略三角形 の規制板 3 1 2が固着され、 規制板 3 1 2の上面が傾斜面 2 5の略下端の外側に 設けられる水平面 2 5 1に当接する。 開放操作部材 3を構成する回転板 3 1は、 当接面である水平面 2 5 1への規制板 3 1 2の当接により、 収容された傘袋 1 0 に向かって下降するように傾斜して配設され、 又、 弾性復帰した際にも規制板 3 1 2の当接で前記傾斜状態となる。
回転板 3 1の前端近傍には第 2支軸 3 3が軸支され、 第 2支軸 3 3には回転板 3 1の内側で舌片 3 2の後端側部 3 2 1が揷通され、 第 2支軸 3 3を中心に舌片 3 2が回転可能に連結されている。 第 2支軸 3 3には弦卷バネ 3 4が卷回され、 その一端が回転板 3 1の下面で支持され、 その他端が舌片 3 2の略中央に取り付 けられており、 舌片 3 2は弦卷パネ 3 4で上方へ回動付勢され、 第 2支軸 3 3を 中心に揺動可能になっている。 舌片 3 2は最前列の傘袋 1 0に当接して開口 1 0 aの上側に配置されている。 尚、 回転板 3 1の幅 （第 2支軸 2 8の長手方向での 長さ） は 8 0〜 9 0 m m程度とすることが好ましい。
羽体 4は、 図 7に示すように、 略板状又は略枠状の羽部 4 1 と、 羽部 4 1を支 持する正面視略 L字形の支持アーム 4 2とを有し、 支持アーム 4 1の基端にはバ ネ蝶番 4 3が設けられ、 バネ蝶番 4 3は開放操作部材 3の回転板 3 1の下側に略 Ω字形の取付具 3 5を介して取り付けられている。 羽部 4 1は、 通常の状態では 上方に向かって拡がるように傾斜して立設しており、 本例では垂直方向に対して 2 0度程度傾斜している。 前記傾斜する羽部 4 1は、 折畳傘 1 1の導入時に折畳 傘 1 1の嵩張りを規制して窄めるガイ ド部となる。 また、 羽体 4は、 バネ蝶番 4 3により、 折畳傘 1 1の取出側に回動可能であると共に、 前記回動状態から弾性 復帰することが可能である。 本例では羽部 4 1の前記 2 0度程度の傾斜状態から 4 0度程度、 即ち垂直方向に対して 6 0程度まで倒れて傾動可能である。
尚、 羽体 4の羽部 4 1は略垂直に上方へ立設する構成とすることも可能である が、 前述の如く傾斜して設けると好適であり、 前記傾斜角度は、 例えば 1 0〜 3 0度とすると好ましく、 1 5〜 2 5度とするとより好ましい。 また、 羽体 4或い は羽部 4 1の最低回動角度は、 前記傾斜角度に応じて設定するとよく、 例えば前 記傾斜角度を 1 5〜 2 5度とする場合には、 羽体 4の最低回動角度は 3 5〜4 5 度とするとよい。
上記実施形態の装置 1で折畳傘 1 1を傘袋 1 0に収納する場合には、 折り畳ん だ状態の折畳傘 1 1を先端が傘袋 1 0に向くように若干傾けて導入部 2 1力ゝら導 入し、 その先端を回転板 3 1に当接して折畳傘 1 1を下方に押し下げ、 回転板 3 1を下方に回動する。 前記動作では、 予め傾斜配置され、 回動で一層傾斜する回 転板 3 1、 傾斜配置されている羽部 4 1、 本体 2の側部の傾斜面 2 5、 規制面 2 4 1をガイ ド部として、 折り畳んだ状態の折畳傘 1 1の嵩張りが規制されて窄め られる。 更に、 回転板 3 1の回動により、 舌片 3 2の先端が当接する最前列の傘 袋 1 0の前面を滑るように下方移動して、 最前列の傘袋 1 0の開口 1 0 a内に進 入する。 折畳傘 1 1を更に下降して回転板 3 1を回動させていく と、 舌片 3 2が 開口 1 0 a内に深く進入すると共に傘袋前面から離れて開口 1 0 aが広く開放 し、 折畳傘 1 1は傘袋 1 0内に進入して収納される。 傘袋 1 0に収納された折畳 傘 1 1は、 羽体 4を取出側に回動して取出部 2 2カゝら取り出される。
折畳傘 1 1の傘袋 1 0への収納及び取出後には、 羽体 4がバネ蝶番 4 3の回動 付勢で復帰すると共に、 付勢パネ 2 7の付勢で次順位の傘袋 1 0が最前列に移動 し、 舌片 3 2が弦卷バネ 3 4の回動付勢で復帰し、 回転板 3 1が戻りパネとオイ ルダンパを有する蝶番の回動付勢で復帰して、 舌片 3 2が最前列に移動した傘袋 1 0の前面に当接する。
上記実施形態の折畳傘の袋収納装置 1は、 折畳傘 1 1の導入部 2 1と取出部 2 2を連続させ、開放操作部材 3に折畳傘 1 1の嵩張りを規制する羽体 4を立設し、 羽体 4を折畳傘 1 1の取出側に回動可能とし、 且つ前記回動状態から弾性復帰可 能とすることにより、 利用者は柄を持ち続けたまま一連の動作で折畳傘 1 1を傘 袋 1 0に収納することが可能である。 更に、 利用者は楽な姿勢のまま傘袋 1 0に 収納した折畳傘 1 1を取り出すことができる。 従って、 利用者の収納動作の労力 が少なく、 利便性に優れると共に、 利用者 1人当たりの収納動作に要する時間を 短縮することができる。 また、 羽体 4を開放操作部材 3にパネ蝶番 4 3で取り付 けることにより、羽板 4の良好な回動と弾性復帰を安価に実現することができる。 また、 羽体 4の羽部 4 1を上方に向かって拡がるように傾斜して立設することに より、 羽部 4 1をガイ ド部とし、 羽部 4 1で折畳傘 1 1の嵩張りを窄め、 傘袋 1 0に収納し易くすることができる。 また、 開放操作部材 3を収容した傘袋 1 0に 向かって下降するように傾斜して設けることにより、 開放操作部材 3をガイ ド部 とし、 垂直方向より開放操作部材 3の傾斜方向に倣うように傾斜して導入される 折畳傘 1 1の嵩張りを回動前の開放操作部材 3で窄め、 傘袋 1 0に収納し易くす ることができる。
また、 上記実施形態では、 回転板 3 1の回動状態からの緩衝しながらの復帰を戻し パネとオイルダンバによる機構で構成し、回動状態の回転板 3 1を単に戻しパネで復 帰する場合よりも緩やかに復帰するようにしたが、他の構成により、回動状態の回転 板 3 1を緩やかに復帰可能としてもよく、例えば図 8に示す錘機構としてもよい。図 8の錘機構では、 戻しバネを有しない回転軸 5 1に回転板 3 1を回動可能に取り付 け、回動前の回転板 3 1よりも下方位置に梃子 5 2の略中央位置を支点となるように 軸支して設置する。梃子 5 2の一端 5 2 1は回転板 3 1の略中央位置に軸支して取り 付けられ、他端 5 2 2は本体 2の側壁に沿って上下動可能な錘板 5 3の上端に軸支し て取り付けられる。 錘板 5 3の重さ、支点と一端 5 2 1の長さ、 支点と他端 5 2 2の 長さは、回転板 3 1の回動状態からの復帰を緩やかに行える程度の重さ、長さである。 例えば錘板 5 3の重さは 5 0 0〜6 0 0 g程度、支点と一端 5 2 1の長さは 9 0〜 1 0 0 m m程度、支点と他端 5 2 2の長さは 9 0〜 1 0 0 m m程度とすることが好まし い。
前記錘機構に於いて、 折畳傘 1 1で回転板 3 1を回動すると、 一端 5 2 1を力 点、 他端 5 2 2を作用点として梃子 5 2が図示矢印の方向へ傾動し、 錘板 5 3を 上方へ持ち上げて移動する。折畳傘 1 1を傘袋 1 0に収納して取り出した後には、 自重で錘板 5 3が下降し、 他端 5 2 2を力点、 一端 5 2 1を作用点として梃子 5 2が図示矢印と逆方向へ傾動し、 回転板 3 1が回動状態から緩やかに復帰する。 戻しパネとオイルダンパによる機構は、 高価で、 長期使用で戻りが悪くなつた戻 しパネの調整が必要となるのに対し、 前記錘機構は安価で、 前記戻しパネの調整 が不要であるという有利性を有する。 更に、 前記錘機構は、 回転板 3 1の回動状 態からの復帰を緩やかに行えるので、 本体 2に入り込んだ手や指が開放操作部材 3を構成する回転板 3 1で挾まれることを防止し、 安全性を確保することができ る。 産業上の利用可能性
本発明は、 折畳傘の袋収納装置として利用することができる。

Claims

請 求 の 範 囲
1 . 本体に傘袋を収容し、 傘袋の開口を開放する開放操作部材を本体内に回動可 能に設け、 折畳傘の先端を当接して付勢することにより、 開放操作部材が回動し て傘袋の開口を開放する折翬傘の袋収納装置であって、 前記本体上部の折畳傘の 導入部と前記本体側部の折畳傘の取出部とを連続するように開放し、 前記開放操 作部材の折畳傘の取出側に折畳傘の嵩張りを規制する羽体を立設し、 前記羽体を 折畳傘の取出側に回動可能とし、 且つ前記回動状態から弾性復帰可能とすること を特徴とする折畳傘の袋収納装置。
2 . 前記羽体を前記開放操作部材にパネ蝶番で取り付けることを特徴とする請求 の範囲第 1項記載の折畳傘の袋収納装置。
3 . 前記羽体の羽部を上方に向かって拡がるように傾斜して立設することを特徵 とする請求の範囲第 1項又は第 2項記載の折畳傘の袋収納装置。
4 . 前記開放操作部材を前記収容した傘袋に向かって下降するように傾斜して設 けることを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項〜第 3項の何れかに記載の折畳傘の袋収 納装置。
5 . 前記開放操作部材の前記取出側と反対側の側部に規制部材を設け、 前記開放 操作部材の傘袋開口を開放する回動から復元する方向への付勢を前記規制部材の 前記本体の当接面への当接で規制することにより、 前記開放操作部材を傾斜配置 することを特徴とする請求の範囲第 1項〜第 4項の何れかに記載に折畳傘の袋収 納装置。
6 . 梃子の一端を前記開放操作部材に軸支し、 前記梃子の他端に錘を設け、 前記 錘の下降で前記開放操作部材を回動状態から復帰することを特徴とする請求の範 囲第 1項〜第 5項の何れかに記載の折畳傘の袋収納装置。
