Abstract

 可逆的な酸化還元反応の際に電子移動を起こす特性を有し、オルト位の位置関係で2つのキノン基を有する特定のキノン化合物をオリゴマー化またはポリマー化する。これにより、有機溶媒に不溶でかつ高いエネルギー密度を有し、蓄電デバイスの電極活物質として有用な新規有機化合物が得られる。この有機化合物を電極活物質として利用することにより、蓄電デバイスの高エネルギー密度化、軽量化、小型化、高機能化などを達成できる。
