Abstract

本光検出装置1は、試料に励起光を照射することによって発生する被測定光を観測する積分球20とこの積分球20に対して着脱可能に取り付けられる試料ホルダ60とを備え、積分球20は、励起光を導入するための励起光導入穴201と、試料ホルダ60が保持するセルCを導入するための試料導入穴205とを有しており、試料ホルダ60は試料導入穴205に係止されていると共に、試料を収容するためのセルCを保持し、セルCに励起光が入射する際の入射面を励起光の光軸Lに垂直な面から傾斜するようにセルを配置する。
