Abstract

  本発明の目的は、形状や粒径を幅広い範囲で制御することできる金属ナノ粒子分散液の製造方法、並びに分散安定性に優れた金属ナノ粒子分散液及びその製造方法を提供することにある。また、本発明の目的は、導電材料として有用な2~6×10-6Ω・cmの体積抵抗率が得られる、金属ナノ粒子分散液及びその製造方法を提供することにある。さらに、本発明の目的は、腐食性材料を含まずに不溶性の金属塩から金属ナノ粒子を合成し、導電材料として用いるのに好適な金属ナノ粒子を製造し得る金属ナノ粒子の合成方法を提供することにある。
