Abstract

  【課題】最適な範囲の粒径を持つ導電性粒子を含むことによって、カーボンナノチューブとカソード電極との良好な電気的接触を保つことができる電子放出源用ペーストを提供する。【解決手段】直径が1nm以上10nm未満であるカーボンナノチューブと、平均粒径が0.1~1μmの導電性粒子を含む電子放出源用ペースト。
