Abstract

 本発明は、大幅な工程変更を伴うことなく高強度化が可能であって、小型化及び軽量化に貢献できる等速自在継手用部品とその製造方法を提供する。本発明の等速自在継手用部品は、冷間塑性加工を行った後、機械加工で鋭角部15を形成する。その後、表面炭素濃度が0.45mass%~0.60mass%未満となる浸炭処理を行った後焼入れを行う。次に高周波誘導加熱焼入を行う。
