Abstract

Описывается изделие из безпористои мартенсито-стареющей стали, полученное порошковой металлургией из предварительно легированного порошка, для использования в качестве инструмента для высокотемпературных применений. Изделие, изготовленное при таких условиях, имеет твердость, меньшую чем 40 HRC (твердость по шкале С Роквела), для обеспечения обрабатываемости и изделие после отпуска имеет твердость, большую чем 45 HRC. Способ изготовления этого изделия включает прессование предварительно легированного порошка для получения изделия без пор, имеющего твердость, меньше чем 40 HRC, и после этого осуществляют отпуск для достижения твердости, большей чем 45 HRC.
