Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage au laser pour une tôle d'acier dans lequel on peut obtenir une réduction de défauts morphologiques de la zone de soudage du matériau soudé et une cohésion satisfaisante ; et un appareil de soudage au laser pour celui-ci. Il est proposé un procédé de soudage au laser pour une tôle d'acier par le fait d'amener de multiples tôles d'acier en butée les unes contre les autres au niveau de leur face d'extrémité et d'irradier la zone en butée des tôles d'acier amenées en butée mutuelle avec des faisceaux laser pour souder ainsi la zone en butée, comportant l'étape consistant à découper des faces d'extrémité de tôles d'acier en formes appropriées pour une butée mutuelle ; l'étape de mise en butée consistant à amener les faces d'extrémité formées par l'étape de découpage en butée mutuelle ; la première étape de chauffage consistant à chauffer la zone en butée ; et l'étape de soudage au laser consistant à souder au laser la zone en butée qui a été chauffée par la première étape de chauffage.
