- 서로 두께가 다른 2장의 알루미늄 블랭크를 맞대기 레이저 용접함에 있어서,그 두께가 1mm 대 1.8mm의 알루미늄 블랭크를 기준으로 그 최대출력이 3.5㎾인 연속파 Nd:YAG 레이저빔을 용접열원으로 하여,상호 맞대어진 알루미늄 블랭크 상의 단차가 형성되는 전면에 대해서 두께가 두꺼운 알루미늄 블랭크의 용접 모서리부에 레이저빔의 초점의 폭을 3mm 내지 4mm 범위내에서 맞추어 레이저빔의 열전도를 이용하여 5.4m/min의 용접속도로 완전 용입이 되도록 전면 전도용접을 수행하는 제1단계;상기 제1단계에 이어, 상기 상호 맞대어진 알루미늄 블랭크 상의 단차가 형성된 전면을 아래로 하고, 그 후면 용접부를 위로하여 레이저빔의 초점의 폭을 3mm 내지 4mm 범위내에서 맞추어 레이저빔의 열전도를 이용하여 6.0m/min의 용접속도로 부분 용입이 되도록 후면 전도용접을 수행하는 제2단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으 로 하는 알루미늄 용접 블랭크의 레이저 용접 방법.
