Claims (1)
- 출 력 - 3.2kW, 보호가스 - Ar(20ℓ/min), GAS 분사각도 - 30도, 초점 반경 - 0.30~0.35mm로 설정된 Nd:YAG 레이저 용접기로써 60kg/mm2급 Dual Phase강판(1.4t) + 45kg/mm2급 강판(1.0t) 또는 60kg/mm2급 Dual Phase강판(1.4t) + 45kg/mm2급 강판(0.7t)을 용접하여 TWB 부품을 제조함에 있어서,상기 60kg/mm2급 Dual Phase강판(1.4t) + 45kg/mm2급 강판(1.0t)은 3.6mpm이상 9.6mpm이하, 60kg/mm2급 Dual Phase강판(1.4t) + 45kg/mm2급 강판(0.7t)은 6.6mpm이상 7.2mpm이하의 속도로 레이저 용접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 테일러웰드블랭크 부품제조를 위한 고장력 강판의 레이저 용접 방법.
