Abstract
アドレス期間(TA)の第1の期間(TA1)において、複数の信号電極(A)にアドレス電圧パルス(Va)を印加し、スキャン電極(Y)の奇数ラインに走査電圧パルス(-Vy)を印加する。その後、サステイン電極(X)の奇数ラインに走査電圧パルスと同じ極性の第1の補助パルス(-Vxa1)を印加し、その間にアドレス電圧パルスと同じ極性の第2の補助パルス(Vaa)を複数の信号電極に印加した後、維持電圧パルス(Vs)と同じ極性の第3の補助パルス(Vxa2)をサステイン電極(X)の奇数ラインに印加して、アドレス放電後のプライミング効果を持続させる。次いで、アドレス期間の第2の期間(TA2)において、複数の信号電極(A)にアドレス電圧パルスを印加し、スキャン電極(Y)の偶数ラインに走査電圧パルスを印加する。
