Abstract

 放射性同位体を有する誘導体の製造に適した、非環状糖鎖を側鎖に有する2-ニトロイミダゾール誘導体の製造法を提供することを課題とする。  グリセリンにベンゾイル化剤を反応させて1-O-ベンゾイルグリセリンを得、1-O-ベンゾイルグリセリンに脱水剤の存在下にジメトキシメタンを反応させて4-ベンゾイルオキシメチル-1,3-ジオキソランを得、次いでこれに、ルイス酸存在下に2-ニトロイミダゾール又は2-ニトロ-1-トリアルキルシリルイミダゾールを反応させることを特徴とする1-(1-ベンゾイルオキシメチル-2-ヒドロキシエチル)オキシメチル-2-ニトロイミダゾールの製造法。
