Abstract

 十分な強度と軽量化と吸音性能とを得ることができるパネルを提供する。パネル17,18は、外側薄板21の内側面に固定した内側薄板23により、空間22を形成し、この空間22に発泡材24を充填する。発泡材24は、高発泡性のゴム系吸音材が望ましい。内側薄板23には、空間22を形成するための周側部25および周縁部26と、パネル強度を高めるための凹部27とを、外側薄板21側に絞り成形する。この内側薄板23における周縁部26および凹部27の底面を、外側薄板21に熱硬化性の接着剤により接着する。
