Abstract

　α－リノレン酸が高含有で、高血圧改善効果を有し、かつ風味が良く、保存安定性の良い油脂組成物および該油脂組成物を含有する飲食物を提供する。本発明の油脂組成物は、フラックス油、エゴマ油及びシソ実油から選ばれる１種又は２種以上の植物油Ａと、米油と、菜種油、大豆油及びコーン油から選ばれる１種又は２種以上の植物油Ｂとを植物油Ａ／米油／植物油Ｂ＝２０～３５／１５～２５／４０～６５の質量比で含有し、該油脂組成物の構成脂肪酸中のα－リノレン酸含量が１５～３０質量％であることを特徴とする。
